For the very first time I ordered crispy chicken Piza yesterday and i have to say The girl on the counter was one of the most wonderful employees, her customer service was impeccable as well as the prepartion of the food, she did an astounding job. i also rdered a bbq meat lovers and i have to say best pizza i've ever eaten would definitely order again. Please choose the right Piza as there are many varieties, if ordered mistaken the taste might differ.
On 02/01/2022, I have Ordered two pizzas… delivered after 2 hrs, that too different pizzas. Worst domino’s store ever. This is second time happening in last 2 weeks. And went to the store today… and the managerEthan is too arrogant and didn’t have any customer service skills. He don’t want to answer the calls, he is like it’s busy and can’t do anything. He is not feeling sorry for customer, But they should let the customer know that the food is coming 2hrs late. Again on 4/01/2022… I have ordered peri peri chicken pizza and spicy peppy pizza. But received completely different pizza, also garlic bread in place of garlic swirls. This time I took pizzas and garlic bread to store to ask them in person. They said they don’t have paneer stock and garlic swirl stock. I felt someone should call this and ask us what to do or atleast the driver should say that to us. No one is taking responsibility at this store. Want to give negative rating not even 1 star.
There was a time, maybe about 5 years ago when Domino's was awesome, and great value. You would get big juicy pizzas full of flavour for a reasonable price. I guess hings changed as ofa few years ago since they cornered the market and no longer need to actually be any good because there is no competition, and last week I made the mistake of being too lazy to make dinner, so I got pizza for the wife and I. The majority of the pizzas in any deal have a premium charge, so we paid 30 bucks for two tiny pizzas. Even the Spicy Veg Trio which used to be a $5 pizza had a $2 addition. I got an impossible burger, which was an extra $4. Dairy free cheese was going to be an extra $3 so I ordered it without because I can put 20 cents of cheese on myself. But it was also missing the onion and the tomato. Domino's used to have good vegetarian options when they started plant based, now they all varying versions of impossible meatballs. The pizza was tiny, I asked for a deep pan... And either they don't do deep pan the same anymore, or they... Got. My order wrong. Half the pizza had nothing on it. My wife got a Godfather, which was an extra $2 on top of the deal. She showed. Me one piece - after she picked off twice pieces of sausage to give to the baby... There was not a single topping on that slice. Domino's is over priced. Often orders are wrong. They have barely any topping on them. The pizzas are tiny. I am never buying Domino's again. I encourage everyone else out there to do the same.
Pizza is okay. Crust is good but pepperoni is too crispy for my liking. Garlic bread is 3/5 because the butter did not melt and butter is cold. Fast service though. Atmosphere not appealing for Dining in. Parking: Lots of parking space just a few feet away
if you could give 0 stars i would. not only when i put the order in was the wait time 1 3/4 hrs wait, 2 hrs later nothing had been delivered and somehow the order was cancelled and refunded at the same time i ordered it. Yet, i never recieved any confirmation this had happend as i didn't even cancel the order. then they say they'll call back in 15 mins after they have looked into it and another 30 mins goes by and by the time we have to start thinking about other options for food as by the time the actually pull their heads together and organise something it'll be another 2 hours.
Ordered veg pizza stupid people don’t know the difference between veg and non veg sending me chicken pizza I pure vegetarian they have done 5th wrong order …learn how to serve don’t send order without reading .. open your blind eyes
I ordered spicy peppy paneer and I found so many chicken pieces in that. And staff don't care about it, look like it is casual for them. careful guys.
We ordered online Wait time wasn't very long We walked in to collect and were not acknowledged by any staff , kept checking the monitor for our order to be ready. Staff greeted other customers when they came in, then asked what we were waiting for, we gave our order name and were told it was coming, then a few minutes later they took our order off the shelf of ready orders and handed it to us !!!! No explanation
I ordered a spicy peppy paneer for my brother living in Lara from Corio Dominos. They delivered a pizza with chicken pieces on it. I called the corio dominos to get a solution and upon calling the first time they just hung up on me after listening to the issue. So I called again and this time the team member told me that there were no chicken pieces in the pizza and even though there are then you have to get it to the store. I told him I have the receipt and the pics of the pizza and the chicken pieces are all over the pizza but he just denied and when I asked for the right pizza to be delivered to my address as it was a delivery order and not pick up he refused rudely and hung the phone again. This is very serious matter for my brother as he is a pure vegetarian and his health can get infected due to this severe negligence. This is not at all 100% satisfactory customer service that dominos promise and claims.
The $5 value pizzas were tasty to eat, could definitely do with a little bit more topping though. Customer service was overall good, wait wasn’t too long and staff seemed friendly when I made my order.
