Staff are always friendly, love the new menu seems to make the shop run faster, the manger was fantastic, will definitely be going back as our pizzas where great
When I arrived at store someone was returning their pizza due to a lack of quality. I checked mine before leaving the store. Deep pan must now be the new thin and crispy and mine must have been the healthy option. The topping was MIA I commented to the person serving me but got no response. Had kids waiting in the car so cut my losses and ran.
It's good. But don't be bothered changing the topping on the pizza 90% of the time. They won't do it. They do the simple thing like extra cheese; that's still 50/50. And it if requires effort, it is skipped almost always, meaning you just paid extra for nothing, so stick with the defaults then your golden.
I’m really trying to be positive but this is the worst dominoes ive ever been to. I keep having to travel here for work and every time I’m so shocked at the state of the pizza I receive. One or 2 times is understandable but my colleagues and I are actually at the point of laughing at the pizzas we’ve received. Some have been bunt to the point of no return. Do better. We are sick of handing over money for an inedible product.

Everyone was out of uniform pink singlet and no hair nets and one had a navy hat on
Walked in to place an order, the lady behind the counter asked me if I was picking up an order and I said that I need to place an order. She just walked away. Waited a few minutes and no one asked if they could help me, so I walked out.
Ordered at 5:30pm, app instantly told me delivery of 6:30, no problem. Normally get our pizzas late but never longer than 20 mins after ETA of delivery. 7:30 I called and was promised priority cook and I'd have them by 8. I tried calling multiple times at 8:30 and told was being delivered. Went to the store to pick up pizza as did not believe their lies and found they still hadn't been cooked. Was only offered a drink for the very late pizzas and no delivery.
Shocking service. Hair on my last pizza. Always left to stand waiting for one of the kids to serve you. Manager and staff sit on sidewalk smoking.
They make mistakes, refuse to believe you when you tell them then come to your residence to inspect your pizza to verify your claim. We had our order stuffed up 3 times and were offered a free order again. When it came time to redeem that order we were refused. There are plenty of other places in town to order pizza now so this place is forgotten at our household.
