Good: Friendly in-store staff, happy to rectify issues. Friendly drivers. Not good: The pizzas. On a ham and cheese pizza, added mushrooms - some slices had neither ham nor mushroom, just thin dried up sauce no cheese on that bit that didn't reach very far to the edge. I counted thirteen of them little slices/bits/strips of ham, eighteen little mushroom slices. What's that make it - 1.6 bits of ham and 1.8 mushroom pieces per slice? On an 8-slice pizza, that's a bit rubbish. Another time I asked for jalapenos on a meat pizza and got literally one lonely jalapeno. They remade that one but then left off the bacon. The staff are friendly and have fixed previous mistakes etc, but I think it would be easier if I just went elsewhere as I'm a bit over driving back down there and going through it time and time again. The inconsistency between franchises is a shame.

Was going to buy a pizza yesterday afternoon but couldn't see any prices. I guess they just make it up. Also saw a new eftpos charge so I would have to had gone and got cash.
Almost too many variables on the menu, don't be surprised if the end price is not what you expected. But the pizzas are ok

Only good person working there is the Indian guy with the beard. Have to go there before it gets dark otherwise they are too busy and don't offer good service. Went there and ordered and when said was ready on the computer screen asked someone and he said should be ready soon. Didn't even check or anything. They put my order in the delivery spot so was waiting near an hour. Makes you lose your appetite so just went home and chucked pizzas in the bin. Most likely won't be back again ever
Consistently inconsistent. One day you will get an absolutely perfect pizza, the next you'll get something a 4 year old has thrown together. Last pizza I ordered was near perfect, pity it took nearly half an hour to get delivered . I can walk from the pizza shop to my house faster than that.
best customer service ever, deliveries always on time and staff are extremely nice. Whenever they make a mistake they always replace the product no questions asked and are very considerate towards customers
