Ordered a large pizza some cinnamon twists and a oven baked sandwich from this store. Was getting quality checked for over an hour so I called turns out they delivered it. They never did. Pretty sure the delivery guy kept it. Called the store and the manager said she can't refund the order without the product. Jasmin is no help and overall rude. Never ordering here again and a waste of 40$
I’ve ordered here multiple times and every time I add extra cheese to any of my pizza’s there’s never any extra cheese. Come on guys some people are cheese lovers here! As well when I’ve ordered the chick Alfredo pasta dish sometimes they barely add any sauce the pasta tastes so dry !
I have been a regular costumer, ordering at least once a week, but that will change and I'll never order Domino's again. I placed an order for 3 pizzas and was planning on picking them up on my way home from work. I received a notification that Jason was preparing my order. I then had another notification that my order was in the oven. Once I arrived to pick up my pizzas, I was told they didn't have any orders to go. I was told that the manager had canceled my order, but didn't give a reason. I'm assuming they must've given my pizzas to the wrong customer or the crew decided to eat my order. Until this experience, I was a regular weekly Domino's customer. I will now support any pizza place but Domino's.
Ordered 2 pizzas that were supposed to be done at 631 PM and had to wait another 20 minutes for them. The one pizza had no sauce or meat on 2 slices and the thin crust pizza was so thin and so crispy it could hardly be eaten. I guess I won't be going there anymore on my way home from work.
First time ordering from this location and had an awful experience both with the service and food. Placed an order and was told 40 minutes, pizza but ended up being a hour and a half. When I called I was either hung up on or given unclear answers on when the pizza would be ready. Then to top it off when the pizza arrived it looked and tasted like it was sitting out for awhile. Not worth the price and will not order from this location again.
My fiance and I just moved over here on the 10th of July. Being fans of Domino's, and after a long day at work, I ordered myself the combo deal of a pizza, 16-piece parmesan bread bites, and a 2 liter on the 11th. They forgot the two liter I had to go back the next night to retrieve it and the pizza was not cut. The crust was also very strange and dense, and the parmesan bites were almost hard, none of the seasonings were baked into them. There were just piles of cheese and dry little puffs of flavorless dough. We shrugged this off as just a bad night. On the 14th, we decided to take advantage of the half off deal and have a date night. The results were even worse. My fiance who had the pepperoni thin crust had asked for extra sauce and instead received NONE. There was also no sauce on mine. Mine was hollow and fell apart when I tried to pick it up, feeling a lot like a fried elephant ear dessert from the fair. The toppings were uneven and the whole thing was like sandpaper to eat. Our parmesan bites were the exact same as the ones I had gotten a few days prior. Only the lava cakes were correct. Both incidents were a complete waste of money and time. It would have been nice to receive compensation or something for such disasters. I don't know if there's something about this location, or if these two nights happened to be coincidence, but it's not likely that we'll give them another chance. Domino's usually has good coupons and I enjoy the rewards system, but unless this location does something, we might not be returning customers. I've already started warning friends/family about going there after this debacle.
Yesterday saturday february ,11 I ordered a pizza at 2:40 p.m. and I set the time to receive it at 4:30 p.m. in the application it indicated that it was full at 4:11 p.m. and at 5:02 p.m. I received the cold pizza and it had almost no cheese. What pizza is served with almost no cheese? And bad quality I do not recommend it bad experience
Outstanding service and just good people. My gf is Celiac and we order gluten free pizza every week. So far they have not gotten sick from cross contamination.
Pizza was trash, the dip only covered the bottom of the bowl. It’s wasn’t enough to dip anything. They should be ashamed of themselves selling people this mess.
This was my favorite place to order from until a few months ago. I placed an order and didn’t receive most of it and the pizza was half eaten. I didn’t order for a while because of my disappointment but I’m hoping the crew I was so crazy about is back and doing orders so this will be a 5 star Dominos again.
