Where are the toppings? Is there even any cheese? These are the worst pizzas ever. I remember when you took a bite of pizza and the cheese was stringy. The thin base is literally as thin as you could get. Thinner than cardboard, possibly thicker than paper. The base is litterally burnt as well. Gross. Never again.
Dutch pancakes tasted only of raw margarine to the point where we couldn't really eat them. Ordered two shakes with cream, both came without cream We ordered mousse, they were out but tried to charge us for it anyway. When this was pointed out, staff acted dismissively and rolled their eyes To be fair, I've been a teenager working in food service so I'm not expecting Michelin Star food for this price - but this experience was below even the most generous expectations
Accidentally sent the pizzas to the wrong address after I paid online.completely my fault I rang to ask where the pizza was. as I never got a phone call saying they where delivered, they said it had been delivered and read out the address. I was on hold for 20 minutes btw They then put me on the phone with Josh, the guy who delivered it. He told me and admitted the people who he delivered it to didn't know what he was talking about. He gave them the pizzas anyway. I was told I then had to reorder and repay. So 2 pizza's ended up costing over $100 I was promised a refund. At this stage I haven't got one. I will update my review if I receive one.
Fast and good customer service. Haven't had a hassle so far. Plenty of parking available & convenient location. It's just designed to be a takeaway place, so can't expect more than 2 small tables for dining in. Vegetarian options: Have plenty of options to choose from.
I've had some bad pizza before in my time, however there is no way a place that only makes pizza could ever pass what I had delivered tonight. I ordered three pizzas. 1 pepperoni that literally only had half the pizza covered with pepperoni, something you would assume should have been picked up by the maker of the pizza, the cook or the pizza cutter. One with double mushroom, that had a measly surging at best. One pizza came out ok, maybe more than one pizza at a time is too much of a load? I was surprised at how badly a quality control system could go wrong, until I called the store to complain. The phone was answered, I gave the man on the phone my name and that I would like to complain about my order, I was put on hold, and after a little while I was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened.
Extremely fast pizza’s and great customer service from a handsome gentlemen who guys by the name Josh piper.10/10 would dine again
Had bad experience previously and when I rang to ask for pizzas to be replaced the guy on the phone basically we should have checked the quality on the app before they left the store didn't even realise that was a thing and said the manager was too busy to talk to me so no replacements. God knows why but thought we'd give then another go only because we thought things might have improved. But oh no the pizzas were really overcooked and burnt and the final straw was when we opened the garlic bread and it was burnt black. Never ordering from Queanbeyan store again as I'd prefer something edible.
Domino's has always been average, but this one is always trash it's either children or idiots that manage this store. Don't waste your money here
If you like topping on your pizza this place is most definitely NOT the place to go. Literally half the pizza has no topping, so incredibly dry and stale base.
I had ordered 2 peri peri pizza but they had put peri peri sauce on just one. The other one had no sauce at all. Very disappointed with with the customer service as well. They refused to deliver me the correct pizza and wanted me to come pick up another pizza if i wanted one. Very disappointed.
