Yeah it was good for dominos, probably a 5;star dominos. Everything you'd expect. Online ordering was good and the estimated time for pick up was pretty close. I ordered thin curst for a change and wow it was thin, kinda felt like I was eating card board, but I didn't mind, it was not filling at all though, I got 2 5buck pizzas cause I think there the best, and with the thin base I probably should have ordered 10. Staff were ok, didn't really interact with them because I had ordered online, they were just doing their thing. I'll give it a 3 star, because you can't be a local, independent pizza store. But if your a dominos fan this place is alright.
We order from these guys quite often, but the last few times have not been the best experience. The quality of the pizzas have gone down hill and so have the delivery drivers some, not all. Online orders are now taking over an hour to be delivered to the door, and the live tracker on their website doesn’t work. Pizzas sometimes also don’t come put together as per the attached picture Have reviewed the orders and transactions but no one on the team gets back to me ‍
Ordered over an hour ago and it's still "being prepared". Tried calling the store multiple times and no one has answered so I genuinely have no idea of I'm getting my pizza or not Edit: It was delivered. Left in the middle of the driveway, in the rain. Guessing the delivery guy left his singular brain cell at home that day.
I attempted to call this store on 4 occasions with no answer to try and order a pizza on Monday 2nd Jan between 745 and 800pm no answer I arrive at store one worker who ignores me standing at register for over 5 minsbwfore he asks have you ordered I laughed and said maybe if you answer your phone he told me he was the o ly one working in the store He continued to make pizzas without taking my order I eventually walked out of the store in total disgust Going gelsewhere anywhere that customer service is provided This store needs to lift its game
Pizza is good, but the delivery service is abysmal more often than not, order was marked as "delivered" within the window of time but did not arrive until much later, despite paying extra. I assume this is to get out of offering the free large pizza if they miss the delivery window by marking it as delivered.
The staff are friendly . There is no air conditioning for the staff, not even a fan. I asked the staff and they said they have been asking for air con for years but the owner won't give them one. It is always extremely hot in there and on days over 30°C the staff look like they will pass out. It's the only Dominoes I know that diesn't have an air con.
Same old same old. There is nothing particularly special about the pizzas. The prices are cheap, toppings okay and sizes what you’d expect. Staff are good and doing their best. Eat in or take away. Ordering online is available as well. Wheelchair friendly. Kid fri sky. Parking can be hard so allow time to find one.
My experience for this store is that we have a new manager who takes pride in what he's doing and cooking hopefully we do not have any more employee Indians working in this dominos Flemington it's good to have an Australian man as a manager and good customer service
Closed early, wouldn't answer phone, food 20imites late and when I get back from checking the store, the guy is standing in the rain. Paid $5 for extra bacon and mushrooms and got a pittance worth. Reporting you to consumer affairs
Very bad presentation and very bad pizza unprofessional chef and unprofessional presentation. Very disappointing. Will never go again.
