Horrible, staff are nice but several times I haven't gotten what I've paid for this time they forgot to cut my pizza, put the base sauce on and the topping sauce on another Very upsetting
Not even worthy of one star. I had raw chicken on BBQ meatlovers. Rang the manger he said their chicken was pre cooked. Before even arriving at the shop He kindly replaced it without a fuss. My wife wasn't so luck she didn't realise until after she finished eating. At 3am she had server cramps, diarrhea and nausea. She had that for the next 48 straight. Everything she eat or drunk would come straight back out.
Don't bother. A ten inch pizza is considered large. Yes 10" is LARGE! And this large pizza is $23 delivered! Update: Gave them another chance since my wife likes the Korean sticky chicken wings. But they arrived with the box and contents burst open and sauce leaking. See photos. Very very unimpressed.
Superb staff and very good pizza We left asking ourselves just how bad can customers be? We don't want to know what the staff here have had to previously deal with. And i say this because unfortunately we came to pick up our order and approx 2 mins later we are told a mistake was made and another 5min wait was required. No biggie, I'm happy to wait. It happens. And the apologies and the "compensation for the error" were non stop, we were gifted 2 drinks and they kept chucking in freebies because they were so sorry. I really really appreciate this, but I hope you know it's ok to make a mistake. Don't worry, we will be back! Keep up the amazing work Parking: Plenty of TIGHT parking, but also a few well spaced parks in a short time limit
Much better than they used to be... The base tomato flavouring overpowered every other topping but that sauce seems to have gone now. Fast and more choices. Coupons can save money but check the prices before using them.
Hit & Miss store, sometimes pretty good sometimes suck bad. My rule of thumb is, if my pizza sucks no orders for about 9-12 months then try again. Without vouchers prices are absolutely insane. Just got 3 pizzas and 3 sides for 46$ ! and apparently I saved 43$ lol.. Making it 89.00$'s for 3 pizzas and a few sides without a voucher ? Rather go to the Hilton.. AND NOW they add 6% delivery fee out of nowhere.
I got there a lot earlier than I ordered, but Matthew was fantastic putting my pizza orders through the service by the staff was outstanding plus the pizzas tasted beautiful
Very fresh excellent pizzas really enjoyed the chicken supreme and my husband had the Godfather awesome takeaway experience!
Over priced and rude customer service. Orderd 3 large pizzas what we received was 3 small pizzas for 45 dollers. Called up and was abruptly told all pizzas are one size while ill was trying to explain i was sent small.... i have a family of 5 it was a birthday celebration dinner . And my children are still hungry and upset as we never order out.. look at picture provided for actual size of each slice..
