Absolutely terrible!! My mum rang the store several times to make an order last night...NO one picked up and when they did they reckon they couldn't hear her so they just hung up! She rang back straight after and they never picked up again! I then spent about 20 mins trying to order on the app and then went to pick my order up. After returning home with the pizzas I discovered that 3 out of 6 pizzas were completely wrong obviously someone else's order. Very un happy!!!!!!!!! What is the point of ordering a specific pizza if they just give u what ever is there?? It's not Hard to read an order yeah? Terrible customer service, zero f##ks given, and they won't even answer the phone so u can complain about what happened!! Honestly the worst experience I've ever had..... can't speak or rate any lower... Parking: There is no parking here... Dietary restrictions: Ordered certain pizzas because of dietary restrictions an just got given anything, not even correct order!!
It just defies belief how the staff don't read orders and just ship out whatever pizzas are on their shelf without even checking what's written on the order. This has happened time and time and time again, and I have to send pizzas back **more than 50% of the time** because they are just wrong. Dominos Dee Why is an embarrassment of the highest order, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that people take their business to a competitor. This store should not legally be allowed to operate, taking payment and failing on the magnitude of outright negligence to deliver what has been paid for. It's actually shocking how consistently poorly they treat their customers.
Ordered at 6.59pm. Had to call 3 times to find out where my order was. Order arrived after 3 phone calls at 9.15pm One pizza was missing from the order I had a voucher for. Delivery guy said he would be back with missing pizza however never arrived. They have refused to answer the phone after this. Disgusting won’t order from here again :
Disgusting customer service! Pizza arrived 2 hours late after 3 phone calls were made to the store.. A pizza was missing that we ordered with our voucher. Was told the pizza would be delivered however was not delivered nor did they bother to answer and fix the issue. AVOID DEE WHY store, worst store
This is how their peppy paneer pizza looks like. You need a microscope to find some paneer in it. And when you complaint about it, the attitude of their people is from some another world. I said I cannot see any paneer in it. He said its under peri peri swirl that's why and we have crushed it so you cannot see it. He continued, I cut your pizza I saw enough pieces. And I am like i cannot see it under the swirl and you could see it while cutting..... How come. Does that even make sense? He didn't even said sorry and the behaviour was..OMG. He cut the call while I was still talking. I think if you cannot see the toppings that means they don't exist. On the top of that pizza has paneer in the name mate- The main ingredient. Worst experience ever of my life. Never gonna order again. waste of money.
Unlike other Domino's, this franchise was awful. I bought chicken wings and it was uncoocked and extremely salty! They told me that all the chickens are precooked and for being salty, it is as it is. If you want take it or leave it!!!! Besides, a big bunch of teenagers working there and not being polite. Even the one who was referred as being manager, was unwelcoming! I regret going to Dee why Domino's. Keep in mind, Domino's Chicken wings are very low quality!
Charge you extra for each pizza delivered!!!. I mean come on!!! This makes no sense at all. Use a standard delivery fee and be reasonable. You are not door dash!

Ordered at peak dinner on a saturday night and they forgot some drinks Understandable. Benji L rides up to my place with the drinks plus an extra and garlic bread going out of his way to ensure our satisfactury after his shift ended possibly. Thanks so much
Had this twice recently during the day and both times pizza was seriously great! Really hot and well cooked, delivery driver was fast and read instructions as our place difficult to find!
