Well ordered pizza and chicken wings at 2130 and got my order delivered at 2200. I started off with wings and those were not bad. I started my pizza, it had been outside while I was eating chicken wings, I understand the fact that it was cold but there was no peri-peri toppings. I thought it is alright and started with my first slice, well it was not good as it used to be, every bite I would get a bunch of uncooked tomato paste. I finished two slices could not continue further. I was really unsatisfied and I looked up if there were any refund or policy under dominos. Luckily, they had one. I called the store and it aas 2230. They said, it did not make sense to them how I finished just chicken wings for 30 mins. Okay, first thing I ate slowly. I am not complaining about the temperature of the pizza but the taste and quality. The taste was not good at all and I had to throw away the rest of the pizza.
Both pizzas were made poorly, hardly any ingredients, it was sliced poorly as well to the point could not share the pizzas with others without making a mess. Rang the store as we were already at the beach and asked to speak to the manager to make a complaint politely and to the point, short story the manager said He can’t help me unless I gave him my phone number to check if I’m a regular customer, I refused to share the number even though I have purchased pizzas there and other dominos in the Northshore, everyone should be treated equally and it shouldn’t matter if you are a regular or not, everyone who pays should get what they pay for and not get low quality poorly made pizzas. The manager hanged up on me on the first call then I called back and he hanged up on me again when I ask simply for his name. A post to make others aware of this unacceptable poor quality service and pizzas. Outcome pizzas are In the bin and they just lost a few customers. 0 star rating.
The advertising was not honoured. I pointed to the sign above the counter after I heard the total price. There was no way to see each item being rung up on the register. So I had to ask for each item and the price he was charging me. I was shocked. The mini pizza which is a new feature is advertised as $5@. He was going to charge me $6. 70. He said the price of changed. I didn't get into an arguement which could have easily included saying there's a $5,000 fine from New South Wales Fair Trading for misadvertising a price. Instead I just walked out, sat on a bench and placed my order using the Domino app. The app was happy to charge me $5 each for the mini pizzas so I ordered 2 and asked for pickup. I went to pick them up 10 minutes later and he was surprised to see me. He shouldn't have been. It's easy to order on the app and get the advertised price.
Preordered pizzas online 30mins prior to the pickup time, and they didn’t get started at all until I arrived. Had to wait there for another 20mins as they were super packed with orders during Friday dinner time. Both the thin and crispy , and the traditional crust are good tho. Toppings were just meh.
I wish i could give 0 stars. They always cancel the order if you order after 10. Shut the store down and stop accepting money if you cant deliver food
I am giving 1 star because I'm shocked at what has been delivered to me not once, but now twice. I can't eat dairy so when I do eat pizza, I eat it with out the cheese. I ordered the spicy veg trio without the cheese and added some pineapple. Okay, I understand it's cheese-less pizza and that's weird to some people, but to me it is fabulous. Well, usually fabulous. See, you add more toppings and voila... Please tell me how it's fair that I remove cheese and get like 10 bits of spinach and some veg that hardly even covers a quarter of the pizza let alone the whole thing? If I've removed cheese why couldn't you have added enough toppings to cover more of the base? It was basically just the base and some sauce. I ate it because I was starving and it was probably one of the worst tasting pizzas I have ever had in my whole life. I'm 30. I've eaten a lot of pizza in 30 years. I would give a minus rating of 100 if I could but I can only choose from 1 to 5. I paid $2 extra to remove and add an item and honestly, how hard is that? Pineapple is easier to add than cheese. Pineapple costs less too I'm sure. You use the canned stuff I would presume? So you don't have any manual labour other than opening the container and putting it on the pizza? I am pretty sure in Coles a can of pineapple is like, less than $2. I just checked and can confirm a tin of pineapple is $1.32... I am sure you get my drift. The pizza last time was worse in terms of how many ingredients were applied, once again ate it because I was starving but really??? What did I pay for both times? I really hope this can be rectified because it's just not okay. I suppose my advice to anyone out there who wishes to order something similar.. don't unless you call them and specify you'd like some actual value for your money.
2 large traditional pizzas and 2 sides is a scam... Don't change anything and they charge you extra for the 2nd side anyway... SCAM
