Mate do you even call this a Pizzaaa!!! First of all it doesn’t look like a pizza. Second I ordered for thin crust, instead classic which didn’t happen!!! Third I asked for no tomatoes which didn’t even happened as well It didn’t even tasted good the crust is so hard to eat! This is not a pizza!! If you can’t make it please don’t sell it!! Such a disaster!!!
Got my delivery with a very disturbing message when I opened the box. Called up the store and Jackdon't know if that is his real name says it was a joke. Really sad that people think it's funny to freak people out like this. : Update: 24th July 2022. The police have been notified. MARKETING team at HR has been notified. Dominos called to understand the situation. Now what? I want to see how far Zac/Jack think this is funny. Are they accountable of their actions? Do they understand the seriousness of the situation? Do they the damage done? I need to know what action has been taken. I have reported this issue. You know my number!!
The base wasn’t fully cooked and the ingredients on my pizza tasted funky but I removed the worst bits like the bitter olives and ate the rest unfortunately as it was a home delivery and I was too hungry to return it then. Massive stomach issues the day after that has lasted for over a month. Never ever ever going back here.
Do not order from here. Got told 3 different time over 1.5 hours that our order had just been sent out still no refund person on the desk kept hanging up when I called at one point as well. Turned off dominos will never order from this joke again.
Bins are super full , table not clean . Maintained like a garbage bin and garlic bread is burnt . Don’t know how people are able to have their food here . Port Melbourne store is much better .
If I could give them 0 then I would. We ordered 4 pizzas an hour ago only for them to sneakily refund us at a time where no other places are open. Management overhaul needed.
The staff is quite rude, they even say hello or smile to the customer, even when a pick mi pizza the guys just trew the pizza on the bench. Terrible service. I never write bad reviews but the 5th or 6th time you let me regret not to have cooked at home I feel like I have to. Once the chilli was that much I couldn't even see the cheese, twice happened there was no cheese in a half of pizza, I put feta once I couldn't taste not even see it... Also it's often prepared too long in andvance, when you start to eat it's already cold. I can see there's no care in doing things and this is not respectful.
Burnt pizza and the response was "it's not our fault. It's the oven. We can cut the burnt bits off for you." Disappointing. Have usually had great pizza from dominos.Food: 1/5
One time my order was massively messed up and was ridiculously late like 2 hours. After sitting on the phone with someone for an hour I eventually got a free pizza voucher off them. Then when i went to redeem the free pizza, I found out I still had to spend 22 dollars more to get it delivered. I did it, and got burnt food with missing ingredients. I’m pretty flexible over small mistakes but this is off the charts.
