My pizza was ready in under 10 mins. The GF Sourdough base was delicious and for under $12 I had a very filling lunch. The young lady was polite and quick. The store is clean. What more could I ask for?
Highly disappointed! Order was late due to the driver going to the wrong building. I stated clear instructions which was the right building but he called me and said he there was no parking. This is when I knew he was at the wrong building as there is on my street When it arrived, the pizza was soggy and stuck to the box. It lacked toppings/flavour and the dough was NOT cooked through properly. To top things off, the garlic bread was burnt and soggy. I paid $33 for food that was not edible.I will never order here again!

I’m quite disappointed in the service delivery experience of our last three consecutive orders from this store. The first issue happened they called me and said they couldn’t deliver my order. At first I thought, fair enough, they don’t have enough drivers to deliver and it’s fine if I need to go and pick it up. When I picked it up, they missed some items in my order, but once again, I let it slide as they were quite busy. The second issue was they marked the order as delivered but it hadn’t arrived yet. It eventually arrived cold and wasn’t a great experience, especially for the fact that my partner and I both found hairs in our pizzas and the extra toppings we paid for apparently meant two extra baby spinach leaves. The third issue is that the pizza was marked as delivered once again, despite never having arrived. It was delivered after an hour and the pizza was cold, milkshake was basically room temperature. Three strikes. Won’t be a returning customer until there are some significant service improvements at the store. Sad thing is, I worked at dominos as a young adult and our store was rated very high so I know how good the food can be, but sadly this store’s quality of food and service delivery needs a lot of improvement
I once rated this place 5 stars, it's now worthy of a zero, staff have changed and you may aswell eat cardboard, Pizza toppings were not evenly spread, thick dough on one side thin on the other, not cooked properly, not cut properly. I drive extra distance past 2 other stores to specifically go here due to the service and quality that once was. This store is the quality now that Domino's was many years ago. Avoid this store as you will be extremely disappointed with the meal.
Eat at dominoes regularly and never have any issues. Pizza is always good. Ordered from this store tonight… my BBQ beef and onion thick crust, was thin crust, not cut properly, and had hardly any sauce. It was really dry and the dough tasted strange. Really disappointing - didn’t finish it.
Head office should just close the store. Me - Could I please order a double cheese pizza. Response - Do you want a double-cheese burger pizza? Me - No, I just want double-cheese. Response - There’s no such thing. Me - Can I get beef and double-cheese. Response - There’s no such thing. Other staff just standing around looking at their phones.
Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery whicb were not delivered. Called numerous times with no answer. Called the next afternoon and was told it would be delivered at 5:45 and that the issue had occured before. At 6:30 I attempted to call the store 15 times with no response. I had to drive to the store to be told to 'try and order by scanning' as the employee 'had a lot of pizzas to make'. After explaining my issue I was told my pizzas were not ordered and then asked to wait for 25 minutes. Could hear the phone ringing constantly with no employees answering it and one staff member was on his phone instead of working to resolve the issues. Was never even offered an apology or refund. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location several times orders have been very late or incorrect/missing items. Edit: After waiting half an hour we recieved our pizzas. Very low quality and toppings on one were incorrect.
Ordered here last week. Got a pizza, mini and had ordered the buttermilk nugget things. Said buttermilk nugget things twice in the order - to make sure it was what I’d ordered this was instore btw. Waited for the order got the pizza and the guy who gave me the boxes dropped the chicken one - and out poured wings. I’d said no, I had ordered the buttermilk nugget things. Had to wait longer to get those done. Got em - went home and opened the boxes… other than slightly burnt buttermilk nuggets, they’d also not given me the aioli sauce for it… so yeah.. last time here for me, going with the Niddrie pasta pizza place… cost more but least those were done right. Guess u do get what u pay for..
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. This Dominos is definitely a front to just cheat people off their money. Placed an order via their app. The pizza wasn't delivered and when we desperately tried calling them our calls were - rudely disconnected, hung up on without answering and then simply not answered at all. Domino's helpline is as useless as this outlet. Thieves!!!
