Worst pizza ever had in my life yet. Checked in store before I left the store and asked one of the team member it looks bit over cooked to me. May be the oven temperature is not right. He replied that’s how it is. I said to him this is not the first time we’re ordering this pizza. He just walked away and ignored to me. May be they need to hire people with more customer service skills.
Have got pizza from them a few times, but last night was pathetic. The only thing i could rate on my pizza was the base sauce and that’s it. Still can’t get the taste out of my mind. And the way the pizza was cut was as if a kid had cut it. Picture for reference.
Worst Newyorkers pizza!!!! I wish there was an option of no stars as this service doesn’t deserve one star either. Please don’t try to upset your customers. We are one the regular customers and this service and pizza has just made us feel awful . Don’t fool ur customers!!!!!
Called them for 2 large bbq chicken pizza without onion and bacon with only chicken. Got them in 15 min which is fantastic but the size looks small, the topping was very poor, there only few pieces of chicken and little bbq sauce, hardly taste it. Really bad experience, they could have done better after charging $19 per pizza
I ordered an XL BBQ chicken pizza and asked for a thin base. The girl at the cash register didn't mention to me that XL pizzas don't come in a thin base only standard base. So when I went to pick up my order, i saw my order and realised that the base was standard and not what i had asked for. As i asked the girl why this mistake was made, the store manager jumped into the conversation explaining that XL pizza doesn't come in a thin base. I then advised him that he should train his employees to advise customers about this as I didn't know or wasn't aware of this information. Instead of him apologizing, he gave me a lecture with a rude attitude that everyone makes mistakes instead of apologizing then ignores me and walks off. Very unprofessional customer service with minor experienced staff being put at the front representing the store is the last thing management should do. I would rather travel further to get a pizza than visit this store again! Don't even deserve 1 star!
I was used to eat Domino’s every week before and I liked it. But I ordered 4 Pizzas today. The taste was disgusting. There was no cheese on it and sauce taste wasn’t good. The pizzas looked ugly.
best pizza place ever They always make my order the way i want it they’re very generous but this manger i assume is named sam from his name tag i saw; i heard him yelling to one of his workers and it really wasn’t professional just because the worker wasn’t doing their job properly but i assume they were new either way shouldn’t treat a worker like that, besides that everything was good and fresh
To my expectations, It was so awful and looks like it was prepared a very long time ago and when i arrived they said the pizza is still in oven. I have never picked up such a cold pizza before. Very unprofessional.
Pathetic pizza ever had in my life! They served us pre-made cold pizza and lied that its still in the oven when we arrived to pick up the order. Such a poor experience at this Domino's joint! Bad service.
Firstly did not get the dipping sauce,secondly the pizza looked like a 109 year old blind man with the wrong directions from his guide dog cut the pizza,thirdly the chips were so soggy and cold that it could have been used to repair a pot hole. Should have read the reviews before ordering
