Came here with friends for food without a booking, and as we were in a rush we asked if we could order and be served as soon as possible. The staff dealt with this brilliantly and our order was taken quickly and food delivered quickly too. We had the double pepperoni and honey pizza £12.95 which was absolutely delicious, the 8 cheese pizza £11.50, a coke zero £2.95 and a espresso martini £7.95 which was the only negative, as it was meant to taste of coffee and hazelnut, but it just tasted of bad, weak coffee. A service charge of 12.5% was automatically added. I would definitely come back again for the food.
They have no clue what they are doing! They send my food out on a bike with another order and it took 30minutes to arrive it was pretty much frozen when it arrived! Then told me if I want a refund it will take 1 week?! Delivery driver didn’t have a clue what planet he was on let alone the fact he was delivering a pizza!! Since this store has been taken over it is a shambles. I would avoid using this dominos if you are from around the area!!
Went into pick up 6 large pizzas. Staff were all standing around on mobile phones.I asked them if they could just add on some pineapple to my pizza ,to which the Co worker, just put their bare hands into the pineapple and put it onto my pizza .No gloves ,I said tother gloves should be worn in food preparation and got no reply back .got pizzas back home and there was hardly any cheese on them .very disappointed. I rang the shop up to complain spike to the manager who was useless ,got told we don't need to wear gloves ,but it dies state on there website ,they should do for food prep .an only refunded £9.99..Total disgrace.
We booked an igloo for a special celebration The igloos are pretty but probably more magical at night. We had 3 different serving staff during our meal, sadly one was really indifferent and almost tipped the steak on the table as she handed it over. Having ordered the 10oz steak my son was looking forward to it. It arrived with two shrivelled mushrooms and some watercress. It was meant to come with chips but they had “run out”. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but was over cooked and chewy. Really disappointing. The burger was tasty but again came with no chips and was served with garlic bread instead, which I don’t like. The crab pasta was alright but that’s all that could be said for it. We were brought some fries after we finished our meal which was a kind gesture from the waiter. The pizza was ok and so was the carbonara. Three scoops of ice cream were massively overpriced but the sticky toffee pudding was slightly better value. I had high hopes for this meal but was so disappointed by it. If you are going to charge a premium for some meals e.g the steak then you need to deliver a premium product and service. I wouldn’t eat here again.
Avoid ! I got food poisoning from this branch very recently. Domino’s HO dismissed my complaint as I was the only person who reported food poisoning that day. There is no doubt I got it from there. Appalling. Will never use Dominos again.
Don’t deliver what you’ve ordered, when something the wrong thing eventually turns up it is mushed up like they’ve shaken the box. Ringing customer service is a complete waste of time as they have no interest in sorting it out…
Service was not quick food was average . An if you don't like you pizza served on wooden boards then don't go here . It's one of my pet hates all those germs you cannot get them clean . Overall I would not eat here again . But it was busy so it may be good if you don't eat pizza .
Dry, hardly any cheese asked for extra tomato sauce but so dry the toppings fell off when we picked it up. It's not the first time it's been bad from here. Not sure if they are trying to scrimp to save money but it's not good. Worst dominos I've ever experienced
Domin-OH NO! We ordered pizza last Monday around 14:20. The food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive! When we called after the first half hour, we were told it would only be another twenty. If we were told it was actually going to be another 50 minutes we would have cancelled the order. The kids were getting so cranky we had to pop to the shop, where we could have got our own food as well. Now corporate thinks a free large pizza is compensation when their business model relies on delivery? That was a household of displeased customers and I will now rethink paying the premium that Domino's charges. It ain't worth it. The pizza isn't amazing, potato wedges always soggy/tepid... Literally, we pay for the convenience of fast delivery. So an absolute FAIL here. Driver was friendly and nice as a plus.
Do not visit this store the manager is extremely rude would never visit this store again based on the managers behaviour
