I had ordered 3 pizzas valued at 42 AUD and the amount of toppings was less. When I called for refund then the store person asked to pay more for toppings. It's was a poor value for the meals and a disgusting customer service. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store as they are more for profit before customer satisfaction! I basically just ate pizza that was having sauce spread and barely any toppings in it. PS: The store manager response was that the quality of pizza is based on the money I have paid. For his kind attention I have not received any free drink or free garlic bread so yes I am not a freebie and showing you how to take care of your customers. But considering all the reviews, you would gladly prefer arguing with customers. Own it up mate and improve!!!
I purchased three pizzas via the app. There were some really good deals via the app. They took a bit longer to be prepared than originally expected. We enjoyed the pizza. They were fresh and tasted good. The sizes of the slices were not uniform. There was one where the smaller slice was less than half of a larger slice! Something for the store to look into Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizzas available Parking: Main North road can be busy at times. Be mindful when getting in and out of your car. There is parking at the rear of the store which is safer
Order over Door Dash. More than an hour for delivery, even though the estimated time was 25-35 minutes. Should be delivered to me but the order was dropped on the front. Cold and excessively small for a large pizza. Didn't answer the phone. Great product AND customer service. Good job!Food: 1/5

Very Bad service. Everytime late. Happen like 4-5 time.. i try to talk with staff.. but they dnt care about customer. I reqst to dominos. Plz take care on this. As i can see there is many bad reviews from people as well. Vegetarian options: Many times i order from this store.. everytime they dissappoint me.. service is very bad.. everytime late. Absolutely shocking ordered 2 pizzas garlic bread and a drink waited about 45 mins the app said pizzas been cooked and out for delivery so rang up but nobody answered cause the store had closed so never recieved my pizza
We have ordered pizza yesterday, and found two piece of this silvery wire? inside the cheesy crust. So we went and show the coworker there, he just assumed that we are faking it out. He just said he think that's aluminium foil, and I don't agree with that as it's harder than aluminium foil. And he just throw it away and ask what we want... There's no excuse to serve food which are not safe to eat.. So at last we got a refund, but feels like he just treat us as a beggar and give us the money back. We don't have to do all these just for few dollar man… Super disappointed to the quality of the food and the customer service. Sorry for the disgusting picture **After I saw the reply from the owner, I’m so sure that I will never buy pizza from this store. I have never ask for a free pizza voucher. They even offer me to make me a new free pizza and I reject about that as that’s not what we want. I have told them already that I’m making this compliant as to hope they can improve their food safety and hope this won’t happen to any other customer again. The reason why I only need to pay $3 for a pizza is because I have ordered pizza from Dominos for lots of times so I have saved lots of scores for a free pizza. And so from what you said, does it means that u can add a wire in a free pizza? Do your job better before replying.
Pizza is wrong almost every time. If we pay for extras we have to take the pizza back to get them put on. Normally the pizzas are lacking enough toppings - when I queried this with the owner in store he said the toppings are sometimes under the cheese, bring it back if I can't taste it the second I got home I picked the pizza apart and what do ya know- 1.5 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza which can be seen on the top not under cheese called the owner and I tried to give constructive criticism and didn't ask for anything free - but he took it too defensively and when I told him I wanted him to make his pizzas more consistent as my "fix" to the issue instead of getting a freebie next time it was dismissed. Mawson Lakes is the best store, but any store is better than this one.
We ordered our Sunday night dinner, the pizzas were ok a bit burnt but apart from that they were ok, after we finished dinner we went to go have our dessert and it had mould on it when I opened the package it was white mould they tried to argue that it was the sugar and as I use icing sugar when I cook desserts now and then I know that I isn't meant to be green. They did replace it and came to the door with fresh new ones but still chose to argue with me, what happened to the customer is always right. Yes it was sorted out but do not stand at my front door and tell me I'm wrong that's not good customer service disappointed and will never order from you again
Tried several times. Always getting nice pizza. Only thing let me down from this store is thin crust base. They always burnt base for thin crust. But never had this problem with other store.
