I mean, Domino's is Domino's. We don't expect exceptional service with a fantastic meal, but it does the job for weekday quick dinner. I ordered pizza tonight for pick up at 7.30 but came out at 7.50. Staff said the pizza didn't pass the quality test, so they had to remake them again. It was annoying to wait there, but I should say I appreciate the effort to fix the problem rather than handing it out to the customer.

I have ordered a pizza, then most of the meat looked black as it must have been overcooked!

I ordered a pizza at 12:30pm and its estimated delivery time was 12:50pm. but, not coming and no any notice by 1pm. then, it changed to 1:25pm. the pizza came at 1:18pm. until 12:50pm, they even didnt cook my order yet. it is my second time like already. today is Friday. not even Tuesday. how come it takes so long time. plus, the toppings were all separated from dough. so, i just ate dough first and then its toppings separately. and so much watery as well. i will not order any pizzas from here anymore.

5stars for the staff!! Every time we go here it’s always friendly and fun vibes- a young man helped me to my car baby just really a great team- the pizzas are great also! If there are signs up advertising a deal, you should honour it or take it down. I noticed another customer that asked for the same deal. I’m not sure if she got it or not.

I have bought many pizzas here,The staff are always hard working,But the pizza I had tonight was very low on sauce infact I couldn't see it or taste it,it wasent overly busy when I was there,I don't mind paying for something good but I won't be back.I will buy some pizza sauce from Coles and put it on myself on the remaining pizza.

Wings were cold, almost frozen. Brought them back and let the staff know. Little did I know they wouldn’t replace my 10 wings but instead only give me 3 fresh wings without sauce and make us keep the rest of the frozen cold ones. I don’t normally make a fuss about food but this is probably the worst Domino's I’ve been to, lowkey wish I could rate in negative stars. Dominos HR really needs to get this place checked, man’s really used the same gloves to push rubbish down into the bins then keep making pizzas with the same ones.
