Gone to the dogs. I have been using this store for the past several years now but lately I've been let down by short deliveries, poor attitude, and incorrect orders. As an example I recently ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides, and only received 2 pizzas. I asked that the order be sent back and remade which was confirmed by the driver when she called the store as I did not want to break up the meal time, it was not my fault so why should we be inconvenienced. 20 minutes later we received 1 hot pizza and 2 warm pizzas, so they didn't remake the order - they just resent it with the missing pizzas. It's Pizza Hut from here on out as I used them once when the Armadale store Domino's was experiencing phone and internet issues and the pizzas were spot on - and cut properly so we didn't have to rip them to shreds when we served up. Disgusting and poor effort Armadale, you deserve to go out of business.

Pizza delivered with the toppings slid off and garlic bread cold. Delivered a new one, topping slid off again. Husband went to the shop came home with food. pizza ok and but now frozen garlic bread. We given up. A bit disappointing really.

I ordered online at 10.30pm. Paid by credit card, waited 90 minutes for them to deliver, only to find the store is closed at 11. But I've paid already for a non existent pizza. Just disgusting.

Almost every time I order a pizza it is wrong. Last time we ordered 3 pizzas, ALL three were wrong. I called up straight away and after being on the phone for over 10 minutes was told next time I did an order I would receive THREE free pizzas. When I tried they told me I would only receive one and they the never promised three. It was suggested by the manager Steven that I was lying and that 'he would never offer three and only type one into the system'. I'm extremely disappointed at their customer service (or lack there of) and the attitude of the manager who basically accused me of lying.
