Every time I order from this store, something is almost always burnt. It's true that all dominos stores vary greatly in the quality of their food, it's either really good or really bad. This one is really bad. The only reason I keep getting food here is because I can't choose the store the delivery comes from. Absolutely do not recommend. Take the extra trip and go to yeronga dominos because they are so much better at least most of the time.
CUT YOUR PIZZAS PROPERLY!!nnTwice I have received outrageously cut pizzas from this store. First time was 3 pizzas this time was 4, so a total of 7 Pizzas have been received. Have you been with a bunch of kids when pizza is handed out it’s mayhem then to add these kinds of slices to the mix was pure chaos. Of course they were going to argue! Didn’t even give me a refund when I call store and requested. Slow down customer satisfaction should be above smashing out as many orders as you can as quickly as possible.

The manager of this store is disgustingly rude. He was arguing with my partner over the phone about a mishap delivery. We waited over 2 hours for delivery which we payed extra for and called them twice during this time as to which they blatantly lied to us saying our order was 10 minutes away. Order was placed at 7.48pm for an 8.30 delivery. We called a third time at 10.11pm only for the manager to tell us that our pizza was sat with him at the store and we should come and get it ourselves because the driver apparently rung our doorbell multiple times. This was a complete lie as after both not eating for 10 hours we were waiting patiently for our pizzas to arrive. The doorbell didn’t ring once. Why would we lie about not hearing the doorbell?nShocked and honestly super saddened at the lies and the response we got. The manager said he couldn’t refund us as well. Super unprofessionalnnUpdated: 22/04/2024nWhat’s the point in paying extra for mushrooms when this is what you get? So upsetting. Also an olive pit in my partner’s tooth that almost cost us a trip to the dentist. Not the first time it’s happened at this store either x don’t know why we came back :
