Amazing experience at this Domino’s! The staff had the best customer service I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve been ordering Dominos, super friendly and attentive. I ordered my favorite Thin ’n’ Crispy and it was absolutely loaded with toppings, almost no crust left, which made every bite so satisfying. The flavor was fresh and spot on. I scheduled a pickup and the timing was perfect too! I arrived right on time and my order was just ready and hot. Couldn’t be happier with both the service and the food. Definitely coming back!
My recent order was delivered to the wrong house. The neighbour said the driver just dropped the pizzas and left. My address was clearly on the receipt, so they came to get me. By then, the pizzas were sitting open on their dining table. Understandably, I didn’t feel comfortable eating them — and it was an inconvenience for my neighbours too.nnWhen I called the store, I was told they were “too busy” because it was Saturday night and that no refund could be given since the order was “delivered” — even though it went to the wrong address. I suggested they redeliver a fresh order, but they refused and made it clear they believed I wasn’t entitled to a replacement. I expressed my frustration at the lack of customer service, only to be met with scripted apologies and no real help in a resolution.nnLater, my partner went in person to ask for either a refund or a replacement. Staff lied, claiming they had offered to redeliver and that they had been “abused over the phone,” before reluctantly remaking the order.nnThis cost us time, money, and the delivery service we paid extra for. Completely unacceptable service. I would strongly suggest avoiding this store.
I have ordered Chicken pizza here and they hardly put 5-6 small pieces in the entire pizza, everything burnt cheese. I should have opened it there and checked but was on a trip and haven't checked it until I eat later. Really the worst experience here.
The lady working here on 22nd September was great.nI ordered online and she called to confirm my order, and assured me it would be ready in 10 mins.nnWhen I got there it was ready and kept nice and hot waiting for my pickup.nnThe pizza I ordered had mayo on it which is unexpected for a meat lovers pizza, she even offered to remake it but I took it as is and it was fine.nnI was surprised to see such good service from Dominos.
I regularly order the Spicy Pappy Paneer Pizza from Domino’s on Tuesdays, and it has consistently been excellent. The quality of food and service is always impressive. Special thanks to Tanu and the staff for their dedication and professionalism. Keep up the great work!
