My meal was was dropped pizza's was on top of each other. Cheese sauce was even on the garlic bread packet. Was rectified eventually but poor form
Wow! I walked in to this shop with my 94 year old Dad. We didn’t know what could be made for lunch, but the customer service, from Ram, was exceptional….Ram helped us choose an appropriate meal for my Dad, he had the whole order ready in 10 minutes then opened the front door…as we were busy carrying pizzas. Customer service to the elderly and disabled is paramount for us to return to this shop. I would personally wish to congratulate Ram, for making our visit so successful…. PS. Dad loved the lunchtime pizza box of goodies!!!
Excellent experience at Domino's Brassall! Exceptional customer service from the gentleman running the register, and the food was hot, fresh and well presented upon collection. A VERY clean and well kept kitchen also! Definitely going to be the go-to for pizza nights!Food: 5/5
Happy regular customer. People need to respect that it's mostly children and young adults that work in these places so the food will pretty much never be perfect. from any fast food When i don't want to cook after being on my feet all day i'm happy for them to cook mine. So thanks guys. :
It was a late finish for me at work so I ordered a pizza on my way home. Screen says 'ready' but was told to wait 2 more minutes for the bacon. I reckon the quality check did a good job noticing that the bacon was missing for a Supreme pizza. However the bacon were mostly burnt. I had to take out the burnt bacon when I opened up the box. Had one slice - did not even finish it as the crust was chewy. Remaining pizza was used to feed my chickens who don't even eat it. Not even fit for animals. LOL Owners of the joint, please hire more experienced cooks and do not serve pizza to your customers that do not meet the standards. The main franchiser should do more frequent audits as this is damaging Domino's name. Last but not least, please drive further for better quality pizza or settle for a Subway.
We used Dominoes Brassall the last 2 weekends to feed our 1st X1 Football team and opposition after their matches. Their customer service was second to none! Amazing friendly staff and fresh hot pizza’s ready on time that both teams devoured! Thank you also for providing us with free pizza for our biggest sporting day last weekend - Old Boys Day! Your generosity was amazing! So good that we purchased more today! Thank you! We’ll be back 100% next year for the boys!
Been here now 3 times. Beautiful service. Got the Loaded Supreme with extra pepperoni and pineapple, and also a volcano cheese thing. Very very yummy .

This stores management used to be exceptional and perfect but recently I’ve spotted out a lot of bad management around the place especially for the workers as when I come into the store I see a frown on a lot of workers there. I’m hoping it’s a safe environment for them. I saw an older man Not to be rude but he had darker skin I’m not too sure but was hitting on a little girl there at the job. I Hope this can be fixed.
How can a pizza place continuously mess up CHEESE PIZZA! Like how can quality checkers look at this and go yeah that's what cheese pizza look like? Like seriously. If this continues to happen I'm going to go find a more reliable pizza place that won't mess up a simple cheese pizza.
