I ordered a vegan garlic cheesey bread. Not sure where the cheese went bits of burnt stuff in the top. Not even sure it's vegan! Didn't bother to eat it. Shame I had left the complex before opening it or would have returned. Such a disappointment.Dominos used to be good for vegan food now it's on a par with every other place. Overpriced and rubbish.
Decided to have a home delivery - ordered online - delivered as per expected time. Unfortunately, pizzaz not hot enough - and a bit bland - unseasoned - the size of the pizza seems also small. The Garlic bread was soggy. Maybe that was an oversight, so we will try another day.
Hate this place‍ Such a shame this is the only place that delivers in my area. They always manage to get the order wrong. Other day we ordered 2 pizza deals with 4 sides. I had gotten a coupon from the last time they screwed up my order, so I decided to order online. The order immediately says it can’t place the order or use the coupon… then glitches and says it’s ready. 2 HOURS we waited for this pizza, tried to do it one more time and it does the same thing. Called the store and she said it had been happening to a bunch of people that night. Ended up getting it in store which we had to pay for again and didn’t check the pizzas before going home and it turned out to be someone else’s order!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!!!!nOrdered two pizzas and sides. App did not update from making order status for 45 mins so we attempted to call the store. After THREE tries finally got through to someone, and they hadn’t even started making it. After an hour and a half, we ended up driving OURSELVES DOWN THERE to pick up our pizzas. On top of that muck around, mine was slathered in grease and cheese and was mildly undercooked. Will not be receiving our business again, I was mortified.
Ordered a garlic prawn pizza, but the pizza didn't have one prawn on it, the service and management is horrendous. They sack their delivery drivers and are left with no drivers to deliver meals like tonight, witnessed 3 customers in the store who waited over an hour for their delivery order and didn't end up receiving it having to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting
