Last time we order Domino’s at Albany Creek. What a disgrace. Pizzas all mushed around in the box but the worst part is the dessert platter. See photos below if what it was meant to be and what we actually got. Oh and how it arrived. Take note of missing items as well as the condition of the lava cake. What an embarrassment. This store should not pass health inspections. It’s just appalling. If I could give zero I would.nDo yourself a favour and find another pizza joint.
Bought cheesy garlic scrolls . No garlic . Bought chocolate malt chiller was given a small cup with Aluminium foil on no lid drink not full . Phoned to explain this to staff and received so eloquently ah so do ya wanna swap .nSo underwhelmed by service and productnPs this was lunch time on Saturday no customers were in there .
Service was great, and quick. I had mine and my family’s pizza’s delivered, and the delivery driver i think his name was Sam was quick, and met me with a smile and positive attitude. Food was fresh and hot. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
Order was incomplete minus chicken tenders $8.50, hollandaise swirl on the wrong Pizza. Its not that hard really is it?
As a regular customer of Dominoes there pizzas are hit and miss in regards to quality and correct orders. Last Friday is the last time I will be using Dominoes Albany Creek ever. Ordered Pickup. My son collected order, arrived home with some incorrect pizzas. My gluten free pizza looked like someone had stood at a distance and thrown the ingredients towards it. Went back down to store to correct the order. They refused to redo my GF pizza to make it look edible. The re-ordered items came back wrong a second time. I spoke to the manager and ended up demanding a full refund and advised I would not be back. By the looks of the google reviews I am not alone.
