Ordering Pizzas for dinner on Saturday and while my Wife placed an order at Pizza Fellas I placed an order at Dominos as I really like the Spicy Vegie when I buy it at Vermont South. Given they are the same size and the same price the Dominos offering was embarrassing. Toppings so uneven it looked like a 50/50 had been ordered and a challenge had been going for how far away you could be while throwing ingredients onto the pizza. Not sure how a multi-national conglomerate with massive purchasing power can serve up something that I am pretty sure would have only made it to the bin had it come out of the oven up the road.
Stood for a good few minutes waiting to be served, being the only person in the store. A chick sat right next to the cash register on her phone, while another nibbled on chips and who knows what the other 2 were doing. Won't be coming back again.
I used to get my pizza from Domino’s a few years ago and due to the quality decided not to go back. We ordered pizzas and a few sides from the Langwarrin store tonight and it hasn’t really changed. The pizza is filled in with sauce and cheese to give the impression that there is plenty of toppings. Unfortunately, sections of the pizza had nothing but sauce and a bit of cheese on the base. The edges were burnt although l ordered a thin base for all pizza’s they were overcooked. More like eating pizza toppings on a cracker biscuit than pizza base. The sides were good the garlic scrolls are great but they really need to improve on the amount of toppings.
I wont be ordering Domino’s pizza again from Langwarrin store. I was lenient 3-4 times, everytime either pizza lacked topping, was cold or bad quality. They gave free pizza coupon for you to order again, I wont be. Waiting for more than an hour is still ok, missed item is still ok, but a chain who misses its mark on quality should not be entertained.
Cute little e biker was very helpful with my order. Ruben a stellar employee, hope to see more of him around the store as he is very attractive
Original review was one star: Not Recommended. Online timer was 25 minutes over the initial ETA. Toppings were very sparse. I spent $40 on a very sub par product. Order from an independent pizza store, it might cost $5 more but you will get a decent pizza. Very disappointed and will likely never order from Dominos again. Four Star EDIT: Customer service has been in touch which is appreciated. Extra star for a response and the delivery driver was very well dressed and professional. I received a refund in the form of being able re-order what I had previously ordered and tonight we did re-order and this time around it was much better. The store manager "Beky" came out to deliver the pizza which was piping hot, early and this pizza had more toppings than the last one. Overall if Domino's sent out all pizza's this way I would never have had a complaint in the first place. Good job to Domino's for providing some decent customer service - I've increased from one star to four stars due to the follow up customer service. Domino's have definitely redeemed themselves.
Every time I go into the store they are playing bird is the word or other strange/inappropriate music it is very off putting. Pizza is pretty good though, store atmosphere could use improvement with some better music selection
I ordered a pizza for delivery. Left delivery notes to ring door bell or knock on door to show the food had arrived. No notification was given to show it had arrived and when I eventually got a notification to say pizza was at the door, I found my food covered in ants. Poor delivery service.
Regular customer here, delivery time is spot on and pizza's are always fresh. Online deals could be better. We do not always want two doughy tin foil wrapped garlic bread with the deal. Mix it up a bit.
Just ordered 2 peperonis and a double cheese burger pizza. Had to wait an additional ten minutes for my order on a pick up. Thats ok until i relised that my pizza where done ages ago and the guy at the front desk maybe didnt hear the name i gave. Then when i paid for them no offer of a recipt. Then to top it off they didnt cut my pizza.
