We ordered 3 pizza one night as we do often and when they arrived one pizza was absolutely trashed, I tried to contact the store to no avail and also sent an email to head office but to this day no one has bothered to reply
I know its a Friday and rushes happen but you need to update your delivery estimates especially knowing that it gets busy and have staff that pay attention to whats in an order. My food got here an hour and 20 minutes LATE. And the cheesy garlic bread was substituted with 2 normal garlic breads, which was a waste as I don’t eat them and would have preferred it just be left out and reimbursed. And then the bbq chicken balls came with no sauce. And again, my pizza didn’t have all of the extras I paid for. I’m spending my money with you guys expecting at least decent food especially with it being OVER AN HOUR LATE. This was none of that. You’ve definitely lost a customer.
The girl that served me was nice. Store looked clean enough however the pizza was terrible. Cheese hardly any on the pizzas, and a cheese pizza being one of the pizzas purchased and it was over cooked. Toppings limited and not spread well either. We don't get take out much it's a treat so this was very disappointing to say the least. Take more care domino Lake Haven. I'll be trying Charmhavrn next time.
This is beef and onion. Extra large. You need to find meet on top. When you wanna order they offer you for extra 50%more topping and larger. Not happy at all.
Pepperoni was burnt. Why do they send out burnt pizzas to customers?

Officially done with Dominos Lake Haven, they've never just got an order right - ever. Tonight no chocolate dipping sauce came with the burnt, non cinnamon covered churros. So no sauce, no cinnamon and burnt. Imagine that dessert. Barred!
Didn't go to domino's wrong mapping location I actually went to the parking lot nearby
This place has always been hit and miss but the last time I ordered from there was way less than satisfying. Over an hour for delivery, pizza was cold and one out of the 3 had a third of the pizza, a dry base. I tried to ring them but could not get an answer. Put complaint in online and was ignored. Will never order dominoes again anywhere. Would give zero stars if I could. Disgusted
Pizza was burnt, the edges had old burnt cheese stuck to the whole outside of the pizza from the last 3 pizzas cooked in there, lava cake was hard as a rock,threw it across the room and didn't even break apart! Smelt like burnt cake! No flavour to any of the pizzas we brought. Don't eat out often for this very reason, waste of my money when the food isn't even sub-par
