After driving 7.5hrs and exhausted, I ordered delivery. I very much appreciated the staff delivering to my hotel room. The driver was delightful and the quality of the pizza was yummy! Thank you!
I always order from Dominos and they always get my order wrong. They put chicken on my pappy paneer pizza and I am vegetarian and they also put disgusting white sauce on top . When they take my order on the phone they always don't understand the customer. Always wrong they are uneducated and inexperienced people they don't know how they can talk on the phone . Pappy paneer pizza no paneer on the top I added pictures .
Worst experience with Domino’s By far the worse customer service on the phone Wait for over an hour and a half after I order to get my pizza. On top of it, the pizza was dry and warm.
Worst pizza I’ve ever had order was very late delivery guy forgot the dessert until I ask for it pizza was raw order a supreme and it was missing a lot of toppings and was cold would not recommend dominoes Coffs Harbour go to toormina dominoes instead customer service was bad try to call several times and not one answer
Ordered at 7pm on a Saturday night 9pm no pizza. Called the store 6 times the phone kept dropping out after waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Final got through to store at 10pm. Asked to speak to the manager, manager was to busy. The young girl on the phone did her best and said Pizza will be delivered in 39 minutes. Pizza arrived no extras as promised for waiting so long and the Pizza was disgusting. Was dry had no sauce or cheese at all, the toppings were scarce and the base like cardboard. Never order from this store. It was absolutely disgusting.
Ordered pizzas tonight. An hour after estimated delivery time, tried to call store. Unable to make contact with store, call kept disconnecting. My son went into store and no pizzas there, even though website said pizzas ready. Money taken from bank account. No apology, but refund hopefully. Very poor service.
Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not, as I’m writing this the pizza has almost taken an hour to get here and it still hasn’t delivered and when I call, they pick up and hang up, I really don’t know why but surely a little talk to ask if the pizza is coming is no problem. And this is not the first time happened so many other times. And honestly yeah as a person that works aswell sometimes things can go wrong, But an updated would be better then not knowing anything.
Without fail the pizzas arrive cold, late and 9/10 times they are missing toppings and the pizzas aren't even cut. Tonight we have waited OVER 2 hours and the delivery driver delivered to the wrong house. We called and were accused of lying about the delivery. Oh and then when the driver admitted to delivering it to the wrong house we were told the pizzas would be remade but not sent out for over an hour because they had no more deliveries heading out way. Oh and the cherry on top was the tone from the manger when we requested our refund.
Dropped in for dinner on Saturday night around 9:30pm as it was the only place open at this time. Restaurant was packed with a 15 minute wait time on all orders. My pizza arrived warm and with a decent amount of topping.

Never order from this store. Tried to phone again for 45mins wouldn’t answer. It was absolutely disgusting will never order from here again and we were frequent flyers who normally tipped the driver. Way to lose customers Dominos!
