Toast was burnt no butter provided, sausages undercooked and drinks came out 20 minutes after meals. Please lift your game no effort made at all.
The food was pretty tasty despite the time it took to get to us and the fact that my parmy was burnt all along the edges and the steak sandwich has a slab of steak in it instead of being cut up before it was put in it. We were waiting about half an hour for our food to come out and they didn't bring our milkshakes out until after and they were both warm by the time we received them. The table next to us had dishes on it when we arrived and was only cleaned when our food arrived and by the time we were leaving there was 4 or 5 tables that still needed ro be cleared. I think one of the weirdest things for me was the placement of the window. You'd think that in Secret Harbour you'd have the view be a priority because of how beautiful it is, but the window from the top floor is too high and too low to see out of while your sitting down

Tables weren’t clean from previous customers I ordered poached eggs and bacon and it came out cold and sent it back then when it came back again it was till cold so got a refund , staff were not very friendly , management need to sort it out and maybe give the place a good clean too , will not be back there again. 0 stars
A tasty meal at a reasonable price, service was quick and efficient with plenty of clean tables to choose from. They accidentally bought us the wrong coffee but quickly fixed this and were apologetic. Personally I miss the crushed lemon ice slushie that used to be available & hope it comes back in time for the warmer months!
Plenty of empty tables outside but every single one full of dirty dishes. We had to request that our table be cleared & wiped, staff seemed oblivious to the fact that there were no clean tables for people to sit at. Every single person had to request that there table be cleared.
Plenty of space in a Sunday lunch time. Good quality for us was great, that's why we keep returning.Food: 4/5
Dome secret harbour is place that welcomes you!! It makes you feel warm and comfortable- I always come here when I need a bit of fresh air - the food is good & affordable & the staff are exceptionally friendly!! HOWEVER - 90% of the time I come here the restaurant has about 2-5 groups of people yet all the tables are covered in plates and are dirty! It is so rare to see someone cleaning & clearing them ! Today I came in and had to go up stairs just because tables were dirty yet it wasn’t any different up stairs the table I’m sitting at has 4 dirty places with 3 bowls full of half eaten sauces, 2 milkshakes glasses and water cups I thought the young boy would clean it when he saw me sit at it but no he walked straight past - upon delivery my food I thought he’d SURELY CLEAR IT - but NO. I think this is a real Problem & it needs to be resolved! It’s a real put off and honestly I would have stayed longer & probably bought a drink but I’m just sick of looking at Mess on my table. This is why I’ve awarded them with a 3 otherwise it would have been a 5
Food was amazing they were super busy when we had dined in and still got our food reasonably quick which was delicious
We are regular customers of dome cafes. Today, I ordered a pesto gnocchi for the first time. Although it was delicious, $20.95 is extremely expensive for 6 pieces of gnocchi. Considering there is no meat in this dish, I was shocked at the small portion I received. Very disappointed
