Very bad service,rude, and bad communication.when you call them after the payment they don’t care about you. If you request for the cancellation they said you won’t get back the deposit, each time I call they are rude, unkind and lack of support and care.I would never order anything from them again. Very disappointing and each person I call they respond in rude manner . Very very bad customer service from every person there that I communicate with, on top of that It take a long time too

We love our new curtains, great quality and price. I had other quotes however decided to go with Dollar Curtains because they had been recommended through friends of ours. Will definitely be back to do our outdoor blinds soon. Great service from Laura & team thanks again were thrilled!

Not very happy with after sales service. Installation booking has been booked for 3 seperate dates. Expecting them today so I called before taking down existing curtains to confirm time only to be told their installer has called in sick. Very dissappointed....I have photos being taken this week and have been waiting for the blinds....they put customers out and don't really Dollar curtains did come through with the blinds afterall, I was impressed that they were able to arrange an installer for that same day and blinds are perfect!

worst type of people to deal with, they only speak nicely to you when you going to buy, once you have paid, they just forget about you. waited for months to get the curtains which turned out to be wrong in size. the guy who came for installation was way to rude, staff at the store in annoying. spend $2000+ for 2 windows, i wish i could turn back time and save all the time and money which i wasted. overall......worst type of people to deal with. would never recommend to anyone.

Worst company to deal with, been waiting on curtains for months, always got delayed, always excuses, blaming head office, then head office blaming them, then finally received the curtains with a hole, with terrible workmanship and efforts NEVER AGAIN!
