I ordered the mango sago flavour. The souffle is good and the taste actually resembles the real mango sago dessert really well. On the other hand I recommend you to stay away from the ice cream add-on. Frozen cheap supermarket ice cream is not worthy enough for the souffle and degrades the dessert as a whole.
Very interesting dessert. They only specialised in one thing which is the souffle pancakes. It was very soft and fluffy. It wiggled when we received and the most important, it is delicious. Waiting time is about 10-15 minutes for a pancake, but it is worth the money and time.
I ordered the mango souffle which was made fresh in front of us, wait was only about 10mins. Souffle was super light and fluffy and the mango sauce and toppings were fresh, not sickly. Would definitely go back, seems a bit of a hidden gem!
Very good location and friendly staff, what they recommond is 'zang zang tea' is so yum.
I was expecting a fresh souffle. Instead, I got one that had been sitting out and was even cold in the middle. Ugh.
Beautiful souffle, nothing else like it in Sydney, line during the day is not too bad, but worth the wait! Try the Strawberry Rose one, amazing dessert!
Soufflé was just okay - ordered the matcha soufflé, flavours were bland and the matcha flavouring was very faint. Service is slow as it takes almost 30 minutes to bake a batch.
Souffle is bland but the strawberry icecream and sauce are tasty. Staff are friendly.
It is a very interesting dessert and I will definitely come back. Staff are friendly.
Takes 20 mins to serve a soufflé
