Very nice reception staff, kind and accommodating and respectful of everyone. A number of waiting rooms well furnished with excellent new chairs in a client friendly arrangement. Windows. Clean and light. Easy access. As a new patient my experience was excellent and my doctor wonderful. I put this as my best ever experience at a medical centre.
I have started going to Doctors of Northcote and was very happy with the care and kindness shown. I was made to feel comfortable and the Doctor i visited Dr Sutton was very helpful and took the time to go through my medical issues. I also found the staff on reception to be friendly and welcoming. A really positive experience. I will be transferring over to this clinic from now on.
Go to this clinic - your good health and well-being is worth it!!! I have seen a number of doctors at Doctors of Northcote. There are a very good number of excellent women doctors on the team there. The staff behind the desk and other clinicians have all been polite, professional and clear communicators. Cannot speak highly enough of Dr Nina Mendoza, who consulted my mother as a new patient. Dr Mendoza showed a genuine interest in assisting my mother as well as being empathetic and exploring all avenues in respect to the best outcome in managing her health and well-being. This in addition to the very helpful reception staff.
I've seen and spoken phone consult with a few GPs here but Dr Andrew Sampson is my regular. They're all great! But Dr Sampson has been excellent at setting treatment plans and giving advice for various things. Staff at the desk are courteous and professional.
Polite, efficient reception staff and competent doctors. Everything you'd expect in an Australian medical practice. Pity that they no longer bulk bill, especially at a time when low income earners are feeling the pinch. But then Medicare rebates haven't kept up either and it's hard to keep GPs, so it's understandable.
My mum has been attending Doctors of Northcote for many years and Dr. Fabio has always been caring and sympathetic to my mum's ongoing medical issues. He has always listened and given us the best medical care and advice as best as possible. The staff also are professional and always welcoming.
Usually I leave the doctors feeling very unimpressed and like my query wasn’t resolved but I decided to try doctors of northcote and had Greta. She was absolutely fantastic, you could tell she really cared about my issue and wanted to do her best to help me. She was so positive and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Leonie Sutton is an absolute gem. She is consistently very calm and empathic. In my 38 years, she’s is the best doctor I have ever had. I highly recommend Doctors of Northcote as a quality practice.
Doctors of Northcote have courteous office staff and a well structured clinic. Appointment times are well managed and adhered to. Empathetic doctors provide personal attention and deliver quality consultation with well explained outcomes. A very professional surgery.
