Chemists and staff are really nice, great selection of products. Nice selection of gift options. BUT the wait times are HORRENDOUS! and they lose letters and scripts. Over an hour wait with a broken foot and still NO medication really annoying!!!!

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. pharmacist James is always going above and beyond for the customers. Highly recommended for all your pharmaceutical needs.

Fantastic service! I needed some medication urgently for my newborn baby and the pharmacist was so accomodating and more than happy to assist me even though it was almost closing time and the medication needed to be compounded taking approximately 40 minutes. Can’t recommend docs mega save more highly. As a tired mum of an unwell newborn I am so grateful for the kindness shown by the pharmacist.

Tried to get a script filled but wasn't able to because apparently I didn't have the right paperwork! Are you kidding! The pharmacist didn't even speak to me about alternative medicines. Shocking customer service. Will never go back!!

I've been a regular customer for 3 days a week for over a year now and have always received quick and friendly service from the staff. I'm very happy.

I got my second vaccination shot here today, 1 lady in front of me. waited 25 minutes past book in time. lack of communication, there was 1 person doing the shots and she was to bust doing scrips with the other 5 staff on. I thought jabs in arms were priority, they were not even busy.
