Store staff are always really helpful! The website isnt great. Only really works during the day which is weird, at night it's incredibly slow and/ordoesn't really work at all. Put an item in cart then couldn't access the cart for days.
That wasn’t the experience I was expecting. Considering I went there to buy my kids some dull grey uniforms I was amazed to find the store itself fresh and colourful. The staff were helpful and friendly and the whole experience was great.
One of two stores I visit regularly for Marcellin uniforms. The Balwyn one has different stock to Hawthorne so best to ring and check first. For instance sports uniforms is only Balwyn. Hawthorn is larger and is open longer hours. But Balwyn has easier parking on the weekends.
Great prompt service. My son is changing schools and we needed full school uniform and we in and out very quickly. Staff know what we needed and where the stock was, and happy to give us good advise re sizing. Highly recommend.
the employes were extremely kind and willing to help us with anything when i was hopping for my kids school clothes. They notified me of deals and promotions coming up as well. highly reccomend going there.

Second time I’ve called to get school clothes and they’ve said they have it in stock but when I go they don’t have it. Such little school uniform stock here. Go elsewhere
