Great service, punctual and very friendly. Fair price aswell as the dealer quotes were much much higher. Needed a job done relatively urgently and they were here within the hour. Thanks.

Absolutely pathetic. I contacted Dean at DLC locksmiths on Monday, seeking a quote for a replacement key for a Peugeot van my company had in stock. I had received postive feedback about DLC from a friend in the industry and decided to go ahead with the quote Dean had given me. Not a problem he said, we will see you Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, Dean contact me Tuesday arvo to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it, but would 'definitely see you tomorrow (Wednesday). Not a huge drama a thought, despite altering my day for him to work on the van - these things happen. Wednesday fast came and went, and having not heard from Dean or any of his representatives by 4pm, I decided to call him. At this stage he could vaguely remember me, or so it seemed. He told me he would contact the technician and get right back to me with an update. Well that never happened. I called Dean this morning (Thursday) only to receive a 'I don't give a S**t' type attitude. I sent him a follow up text to further remind him an hour later, to which he replied. 'We aren't the locksmiths for you' No Dean, you certainly are not, I like locksmiths who actually show up, and have a postive attitude. Being 'snowed under at the moment' is no excuse to treat people like s**t on your shoe. I've never received such appalling service from any other provider to the auto industry. And will be sure to pass on my dealings with DLC to everyone I know in the industry. Thanks for nothing Champ
