This is the worst accounting firm in Gippsland. They treat you like nothing they don’t do the job they take 2 to 6 weeks to reply back to you or get in contact they don’t let you know what’s going on my experience with them has been absolutely dreadful I was told that I had paid my taxes through my accountant to the point where I was told he had not paid that financial year and then he had made mistakes on my account to which I now had to owe the ATO he was removed from the accounting firm and I was still left with the mess I decided to leave this accounting firm and they still slapped me with their fees even though we had already left 2 months prior. They had done a terrible terrible job absolutely do not recommend this account what so ever I advise everyone find a better place. Also id like to state since the owner has commented below. We were charged for training we never received. Josh our accountant was meant to give my husband and business partner training in how to use quick books, Xero and one touch to which he himself did not know how to use these application neither, we were left in the dark for weeks thinking he was organising these to which I had call over and over to ask what is happening just to get an update since we had our own employees to pay but no Communication once again, we then were charged for the so called training we did not receive once we decided to leave after being treated poorly. And to add as well we were also left in the dark for weeks that our accountant josh had left the business as we were still awaiting a phone call.from josh in regards to one touch. Reading notes off a system that were left there months ago doesn’t mean the actions were done. I advise everyone not to trust this firm as they just keep coming up with excuse after excuses. Very poor manner.
