Great little play centre. Lots of variety, all age groups covered. Plenty of books which is a nice touch. Was nice and quiet early on a Sunday. Menu isn't very deep but everything we ordered was nice. Staff were friendly. Lots to do. Only criticism is there are a few tripping hazards for those new to walking.
We had our 4 years old son there, the place was quiet which is great so the kids have so much fun playing. The service and food were good
Nice area for kids to play, arrange birthday parties and laser tag for kids is a steal!
The place was fairly tiny but because it’s quite quiet we are the only birthday party there and we rule the whole place! The staff are really nice and they have themed rooms and even a character made an appearance which I wasn’t sure whether the party host organized or the venue actually. The only thing I observed is that they don’t really help with cake cutting, nor do they help corralling the children back into party rooms for food and cake, which is what you would expect paying a play Centre for a party to do.
What a nice place! Not too crazy busy and not too crazy expensive. Great area for smaller kids and separate for the larger kids.
Tidy, spacious, reasonable food options. It's a little small compared to some other play centers, but the kids still managed to stay entertained for about 3 hours. It's intermittently busy and then quiet depending on how many birthday parties are going on in the themed rooms. Will probably go back
We hired this venue for our daughters 3rd birthday in January and it was fantastic. Roger was so helpful and accommodating, which meant I could just enjoy the function with our guests. I would highly recommend Dizzy's Castle if your looking to have a party or even to drop in. The play centre is great for all ages especially with the laser tag which the older kids loved. Thanks again Roger for a great experience at your play centre, we will definitely be back.
Highly Recommended for kids parties. We Loved this place! My son had his 5th birthday here and the guests and kids enjoyed themselves & the atmosphere. Kids theme party Rooms are amazing! Friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be here again in future.
This place is amazing! I had my son's birthday party here, and every aspect was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pricing was very reasonable, the centre was clean and lots of fun for the kids and everything was handled perfectly. We will definitely be back!
EXCELLENT!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!! EXCELLENT!!!!! GREAT venue, GREAT value and GREAT staff!!!!! Booked the frozen theme room which was decorated perfectly. Visit from olaf was FANTASTIC!!! Kids loved it. The food was fresh and hot. Adults food was amazing and plated so well. Kids food was unlimited unlike other centres that have a set amount. A kids party at $139 for 10 kids is remarkable value.!!!! The staff there were exceptional. Nothing was a bother for them and their friendly nature makes DIZZY's castle a place we will continue to enjoy!!!!! Very big thanks to Roger and his lovely team : Well done!!!!!
