Purchased this lounge suite 1 year ago. It came with a 5 year warranty, no wight limits etc were given from the retailer not directly through John young. The middle seat of the couch is broken due someone of large size sitting on it, also the back of the recliner has dropped and have been advised by technician not to recline as could potentially rip the carpet. Unfortunately for me apparently this is not covered under the manufacturer warranty. This is not this first john young lounge suite I have had problems with. I will never recommend this company due to them making cheaply made products and them not sticking to their warranties.

Same problem as Karla I was always told that John Young was a good brand, we are bigger people but even so when no weight limits are mentioned I would expect the recliner suite that cost $3000  to last more than a year.  I have emailed Dixie Cummings and have had no reply.  Really disappointed that I am having to make another large purchase this year.
