Look, I had a serious perhaps still to be continued issue which I had been doing an okay job of procrastinating about for a couple years something to do with family law, which is too complex to explain here. When I finally found a lawyer who had the experience and time to handle an obtuse issue like mine, I was equally surprised and unsure. But within 30 secs of conversing, James explained my issue better than I could, at least with respect to the legal side. After meeting up, he pointed me in the direction of another expert who can help me out I hope. It would have taken many hours, but he did not charge a dollar for this help. Overall, the response to my issue was quick and thorough, which is a big deal as I see it now. Because up until that point I felt lost in a sea of 'Acts' and legal jargon. So for restoring my faith in lawyers and the legal system writ large, I give you all five stars. If I need a lawyer in the future, I will be using Nevetts.
Bravo Nevetts Lawyers! I would like to begin this review by thanking my personal conveyancer- Casey. Casey has provided myself with a service unlike any other. She has responded to emails in a timely and appropriate fashion, providing most adequate of explanations with regards to questions asked. Casey's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the settlement process. I thoroughly believe the ease with which our property settled was due to Casey's competent work. My recommendation can not adequately be described by only 5 stars, hence the glowing review.
Nevetts advised us over a renewable energy proposal. We found their advice to be clear and understandable and we felt accurately informed about the decision being made and the risks involved. Valuably, they demonstrated plenty of prior experience with these proposals so they were able to walk us through the process beforehand.
I recently used Casey Marin for our conveyancing requirements in purchasing and selling a property. Her professionalism, guidance and knowledge in ensuring a smooth transaction was invaluable. We can't thank Casey and Nevetts Lawyers enough.
Aunt died may 17, simplest of wills. Prepared incorrect affidavit for court. Lied about hold up said it was bank when I rang bank Nevetts had not submitted correct docs. After hours of my time to get them to do what they are supposed, probate finally granted, it took over 4 months. Paralegal staff were very helpful towards the end of my dealings.
We have used Nevett Ford now on multiple occassions for both commericial and residential sales/purchases. We have nothing but praise for the way the staff and management conduct themselves. They always return calls, answer questions, management oversee complex transactions, they return emails and are fantastic to deal with. On more than one occassion due to circumstances outside of our control things were not going to plan due to other parties involved not represented by professionals like Nevett Ford however Nevett Ford made sure that every possible thing was done to ensure the best possible outcome and kept us up to date and informed through out the whole process. With anything we didnt understand due to legal speak etc - they explained it to us in terms we could understand as well as answered all our questions. Whilst we were talking to an interested party about how great Nevett Ford have been, I think they were kicking themsevles for using someone else as they had nothing but headaches and calls not returned etc which left them frustrated and no doubt they will be using Nevett Ford in the future. Can not rate them highly enough - 5/5 stars!
