Huge Shout-out to Hatts and the Staff. They literally have everything you will need for any diving adventure. My partner and I were looking For BROWNIES HOOKAH SETUPS and they had those also in stock Different versions as well. We will definitely be doing business with them in the near future. THEY ALSO HAVE SOME GREAT PRICES AND ABOUT AN HOUR AND 15 drive from ORLANDO. They close at 6pm
My daughter and I started diving back in May and we needed a place to go to for training. I'm so glad we chose Hatts'. Yes, Hatts' Diving Headquarters is definitely a dive shop, but it is so much more! The best way to describe it is that it is one of the best communities you'll ever meet. You need a dive shop to buy good gear at great prices? They have it. You need to get some training to start scuba diving or to go more advanced? The instructional staff is top notch. You need to book some dives? Yep, done. You want to meet and hang out with cool people? You've come to the right place. Your scuba gear needs some service? They do that too. At this point, I've had my tanks filled by some other highly rated Florida dive shops but they never get filled as well as they do at Hatts'. Chalk up one more superlative for Hatts'. I'm super thankful to have been able to meet the great family and organization of Hatts' and look forward to many more years of diving adventures together.
Professional swindlers. I paid for the class and asked for online PADI instruction instead of the dvd, to which they never provided an access code. At first they said they would and then they said it wasn’t required. These a**holes just want your money.
My husband and I went to Hatts’ to get snorkeling gear. Since we aren’t familiar with snorkeling, we were happy to have someone knowledgeable help us. Mike was great, he helped fit us with proper fitting masks, snorkel and fins. He explained the differences in the types of gear in an easy to understand manner. I highly recommend Hatts’.
If you're looking to get into diving or need gear for upcoming dives, this is the place to go. Excellent shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Couldn’t ask for a better dive store. Total newbie at scuba yet so far Hatt’s has been patient and able to answer all my many questions. They group training as well as private. I ended up getting my PADI certification here for work opportunity. Glad I went with our local shop versus doing class online. Instructor was top notch.
Very nice and friendly and helpful to their customer when purchasing some thing. Unfortunately for me I purchased a few items and showed my friends that day. That are divers and they said they have all that stuff and said I could have it. if I wanted it. Another friend had everything. So I went the next morning to hats diving Center to return it. The items came out of the store and in my truck. And back to the store never open bags or anything. Less than 24 hours I have a receipt and everything as it came out of the store. I told the lady what happened. I showed a friend and he said he had everything that I bought and you can have it for free plus other friends Also said the same thing. I asked the lady can I return the merchandise she said no but we can give you a store credit. Would have been nice if they let customers know that if you buy this you will just get store credit not your money back on your card would be happy to pay the processing fees. That just does two things hurts but customer and hurts the business in the long run. Because I will not be coming back. And I will not recommend them to anybody. Working with customers is a part of customer service. Replying to owner I didn’t say That there was anything wrong with your product or that it did not fit properly. But what I did say was after buying it. Showing a picture to a couple friends. They said they had all of that stuff and I could have it. That way I could save my money and if I liked it. I could use that money to get certified. The big deal. I just thought customer service was a part of running a business. There is four or five other dive shops. I’m sure one or two of them have good customer service. Like I said no big deal your loss. Another dive shops gain. I was just getting started. And if it is like fishing. You lost big time. I went from freshwater fishing to river fishing two offshore fishing electric reels bottom fishing to the other side yellow fin tuna fishing.
Stop thinking and just do it. I got certified through Hatt’s dive shop where I met my instructor Rick hands down the best. I use my dive gear and everything I learn every weekend. Hatt’s has all the gear and then some. Every time I had a question about anything diving related, they have the right answer. Any grievances with my gear, they have helped me out. Diving isn’t the cheapest sport but if you’re thinking about it right now, do it. Best money I’ve ever spent.
Excellent, knowledgable customer service. Great prices, often better than you can find on the web. Our PADI instructor John was amazing! Very calm, cool, collected, and patient. Highly recommend this great little family dive shop for scuba supplies and instruction.
Currently working on my DM through Hatt's and my experience has been excellent from the staff to the instructors. They are very helpful with gear education, specialty courses, and answering any questions that I may have. I highly recommend them if you are looking to get certified, new gear or just need your tanks filled. It has been an all around amazing environment for my family. Thank you Hatt's!
