Should be a minus one. We ordered a 21st birthday cake for my granddaughters 21st. It was ordered on the 13th of May to be picked up on the 17th of June. When my daughter went to pick it up they told her that there were no cakes ordered for the 17th of June. A staff member kept laughing at what was a serious situation. My granddaughters nana and her father turned up and they were laughed at. It was only when they looked on camera to see the footage of the 13th of May that they realised that the mistake was there's. They did produce a cake for the party but we shouldn't have been put through all this and the staff laughing was bad at such a serious situation

Cheesecakes are like rubber, way too much gelatin! Cakes are pretty average, a little dry. The presentation is good though
