I read all the reviews and I would be lying if I said that I did NOT walk in with my hand on my heart. Only to be made to feel like I gave my clothes to my mother to wash. The owner a beautiful lady asked if she could help. I told her my story. I have a velvet / suede jacket my second one that I have bought because the first one was ruined by some monkey that thought he can run a business any ways. My luck man my luck I drive from Craigieburn to this spot what a God sent. She could tell that I was still in pain after my experience long story short she looked at me and said I will look after your clothes and that was it. Picked up four suites two jackets four shirts. Looked better then new oooh and what about the jacket you may ask. F and amazing just lost for words didn’t know what to do jump over the counter and hug her or what I am dead serious in fact if you have problems with this place then I am more then happy to send you to my local guy here. Price very reasonable and you bloody deserve it if i do say so my self. I can’t thank you enough. I don’t care I’ll be driving to you and your hubby any day of the week knowing my clothes are truly being taken care of. Please don’t close and if you do move I am the first to know. Promise ???

Put my silk cocktail dress in, when my partner picked it up for me and brought it home I noticed it had five of the pearl detail missing. Which have ruined the dress they didn't say a word about it to him and charged him $35 dollars for the pleasure.

A great service - so convenient with the 24 hour drop off service! I dropped off 2 suits using the self service system for dry cleaning at 7pm on a Sunday and collected them without fuss at 7pm the following night. They did a great job with my suits - one had major coffee stains and now it looks like new. Thanks!

Fast, friendly, affordable and efficient. Not much more to say about a dry cleaner! They did a good job with my wife's wedding dress too.
