Terrific customer service especially from the manager who was very helpful in assisting find an appropriate gift for my partner. Rest of the staff were polite and courteous. Will be coming back for Valentine’s Day

I came here on a Sunday and the customer service was excellent. The girls were very helpful and polite.

I wish I could rate them minus star. I ordered an item online for click and collect in their store, after waiting 3 weeks I didn’t even receive an email to say where my parcel was, I made a couple of phone calls to the store to track my parcel and OMG, the girls on the phones were so rude and disgusting, they said the parcel had not arrived yet but actually it did. They got it lost in the store but didn’t want to seek for it. I made a contact to the customer service, they said they discussed with the store and the store would send the parcel to my address immediately, I would get on the same day, I waited for another 2 weeks, it didn’t arrive, I made another call to customer service, they said they would happy give me a refund also still sending the parcel to me, I’ve been waiting for another 2 without receiving anything. I sent them another email, I send me a tracking number, but extra 2 weeks, every time I track it says under processing. Extremely disappointed. There is no respect at all.

Walked in to over hear a manager belittling another staff member in front of customers. Doesn’t seem like a very uplifting environment to be working in.

Ordered two items online that arrived super quick but one item too small, returned with paperwork for an exchange but was refunded the monies. I asked why online  & was told out of stock which was not the case as still available when looked online & in the size I requested. So disappointed as wanted the item for weekend away. First time had to return something to Dissh & not impressed as seems exchange was too much trouble for staff

Honestly it’s pretty poor service when you overhear staff talking while you’re in the change room laughing about how they tell customers there’s no stock in a certain size because they can’t be bothered going out back to check.

Clothes are good, but customer service is disappointed compared to other Dissh stores, especially on an Asian staff.

Some really pretty dresses and outfits in this store. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rrasonable prices.
