This review deserves more than 5 stars. Dr. Diskin and his team are just awesome. Not only my back problems diminished but my lifestyle and eating habits have changed for the better as well. Dr. Diskin is no ordinary Chiropractor. He has gone over and beyond to educate his clients on how to Feel Better, Be Better and Live Better. As my back pain starts to improve under his tender care, I begin to understand the cause of my health problems. I was facing a lot of pressure from work and family and having a really bad posture at work doesn't really help at all. I was determined to move away from old habits and change my lifestyle for the better. As I continued the care sessions with Dr. Diskin, my body started to respond in such an amazing way beyond my expectation. One night, I cooked my all time favourite pork stew but to my horror I almost threw up as the "aroma" was disgusting. I was shocked at my own reaction as it was my favourite dish. Since then, I stopped consuming pork. As I listened more to my body needs, I started to be more selective in my food consumption and often contemplated (read the ingredients label) before I make the purchases. In the past, I just went on impulsive buying without any contemplation at all. I am more aware of my body posture now and if I crouch, my body will react quickly to put me back into the correct position once again. I joined the 9in6 challenge few months ago and lost 7.3kg in 6 weeks. I didn't make the challenge but it was phenomenal to have lost so much weight in a short period of time. I am a much happier and healthier person now and my back problems seem to have vanished! Thanks to Dr. Diskin, I have been "transformed" into a new ME.

In one word: AMAZING !!!!! I went to see Dr. Diskin a few months ago to seek help with increasingly constant back pains. I was heartened by the many excellent online reviews. There is no cracking of bones, but rather a much more holistic, well-proven approach to working with the nerve system to guide the body to heal itself. My reaction, both physical and mental, to his treatments was instant. Not only did the aches subside and eventually disappear altogether, but I could feel my body make adjustments in posture and movement. Further encouragement and life changing advice came by way of his excellent presentations, which form an integral part of the whole healing program. Grateful as I am for what has been achieved so far, I will definitely continue my remedial process with Dr. Diskin as I know I am truly in the best of hands.

I had discovered Ari's clinic through my father's work related injury; he had a severe curvature in his spine that was causing him chronic pain in his lower back for as long as he could remember. He had told me how amazed he was by Ari's unique and holistic approach unlike he had ever seen. I'll be honest with you, I was sceptical at first too! how could a little touch make such a tremendous difference? But when I found myself in the same position as my Dad, Diskin life was his first recommendation. I went in wanting a fixed back and came out totally enlightened. At the time I was struggling with my mental health: insomnia, anxiety and a marijuana dependence deeply rooted from my early teens. I had lacked confidence and self esteem from physical and emotional abuse that I had experienced from childhood. I discovered I was really responsive to Ari's treatment, it was only a matter of weeks before I found I was coping better with stress from work, I was more energetic, and even at times I found myself elated from just appreciating my existence! It gave me the motivation to turn my life around, eat better and to build on my mental/physical strength. Ari truly upgrades you! His personal attention and altruistic attitude creates an experience of treatment worth paying for. You're surrounded by those who TRULY care about your health and are in the profession for the love of healing their clients as well as enriching their potential. Ari is a humanist and brilliant in his field. the impact he has made on my life will never be forgotten.

After experiencing major back problems which were slowly getting worse, I went to see Diskin Life and can say that the results were amazing. My back problems were fixed almost immediately, but more than that I am now much fitter, stronger and healthier. Also, I used to experience chronic ear infections and since seeing Dr. Diskin I have not had one ear infection since. Very pleased.

Dr Ari has an exceptional level of care for all his clients. His method of practice is deeply healing, and facilitates the body's innate ability to heal also.
