Very helpful & knowledgeable people in the main, never push you to buy outside your budget and discounted when we have had large orders. Called them today for some after sales advice (3 years after we purchased the product) & my query was answered in 30 seconds ! Hard to beat that service model.

Bought three Oregon Pendant Lights and they looked like they had been hit with a hammer when arrived from supplier, finished were terrible, welding & lumps of rough metal everywhere, store sent them back to Fiorentino only for replacements to be worse. As building a house set us back three weeks as had to reschedule electrician. Sent email to Fiorentino asking why we're not checked before sent from Fiorentino but they didn't have the courtesy to respond.
