I passed this shop many times when I go to take the train in Southern Cross. I try today because I want to get some juicy fudge. They are out of my expectations and their fudges are so quality and nice. Will come back next time.
I love sugar station in southern cross especially the staff this young lady with brown hair tied in ponytail with blue eyes who looks around 16 had the best customer service for her age she was caring for her customers and gave them the best suggestion will definitely come back and this young lady definitely deserves a raise! Sugar station people please give her a raise!.
At Southern Cross to meet friend for lunch in city, this friend LOVES bullets so when saw Sugar Station thought, perfect get some as a surprise gift. Got one scoop each of milk choc bullets, dark choc bullets, raspberry milk choc and raspberry dark choc. At lunch all had a couple each and they were delicious!! Nice and soft and nice choc not hard like Woolworths homebrand bullets. Then thought would order some to send to friend and they had giant bullets and my goodness you would be hard pressed to eat more than 2 or even 1. Ordered Saturday and received Wednesday so great service. However though bullets were delicious thought store tired looking and yes can see what other reviewers have said about the service of staff. Every time in city will always make a point of getting bullets from Flinders Street or Southern Cross stores, hey Sugar Station can you please open store closer to me at Southland for example.
I had the best first experience ever ! I was recommended by my older siblings saying that there’s a nice girl on when they go and that she’s so good at her job, so I decided to go and OMG the place is so good the girl working was so sweet & so fricken awesome at her job ! she was fair skinned, septum piercing with glasses and ahhh can’t recommend enough ! she definitely deserves a pay rise or something, such a awesome worker ! Definitely coming back with my bucket
It’s the first time I have been really disappointed with Sugar Station Southern Cross.I paid $39 for a big bag of lollies today round 11am and most of them were dry and old and weren’t very fresh.very annoyed considering I spent $39!! I would expect very fresh lollies for that.A big hit and miss for me and a waste of my $39.

Was asked by the staff to see my private medical history which is a breach of the right to privacy act. Unsure why they think they have the right to ask to see information like that. Only my doctor or medical professional is legally allowed to view my personal medical records.
Great selection of lollies and chocolates sold by weight which can be eaten on the spot, however many decorative chocolates and lollies specifically designed for cake decorating and gift giving. Can get a bit expensive.
Just been there: they were 7 people waiting on the queue with just one girl serving...the other two girls yunger were just clearly chatting and laughing behind the counter. Its natural to relax during your job...but not when there are that many clients waiting :
All boxed chocolates are melted. They leave them all on display in direct sunlight. Really disappointing if you buy a box of chocolates as a gift.
