Thank you for your care and excellent service.nI phoned up nervous to come in for a CT guided epidural steroid injection. I was given reassurance by the receptionist who must have let the Manager Ash know in advance. When I arrived I was met by the lovely receptionist and sent to Ash, the Manager and another Radiographer who explained everything to me and my partner. Then Ash introduced me to Dr Chester who was so lovely and jovial when I was there and scared. Felt in competent and safe hands.nThroughout the whole process I was given 10/10 care and treatment, even when I needed extra time to chill out after the local anaesthetic at the end. My back is a million times better with no nerve pain so now can do physio. Thank you Ash, Dr Chester Chung and the team. A wonderful clinic- even got cookies! Ha ha.
Receptionists preferred to answer phone calls even though they see you coming over, letting you wait and stand in front of them. Staff who welcomed us in the CT scan waiting room was annoyed, feeling aggravated that she had to contact one of their own clinic from a different suburb for imaging results, when it's the other clinic's fault for not providing us the imaging results in the first place.
Very quickly the receptionists got me registrated in the clinic. Only after few minutes after, the radiologist Ash got me in for my x-ray for a broken foot, she was very kind and gentle with me.nVery happy with the care provided for this clinic.
I had a great experience taking my son to do a MRI at Direct Radiology. We were well attended by the receptionists and on time. James did the exam and he was very professional, thoughtful and patient through the whole process, as we were nervous about the exam. I recommend it.
Radiologist Tia is a wonderful lady. She made the whole process of scanning very comfortable.
