I have awaited a delivery for 2 days in a row. Both days received a message saying out for delivery. Both days no knock on the door. No phone call. Both days received a message saying failed delivery. Both days watched the driver on the live tracker pass my home multiple times and definitely did not attempt delivery. Terrible service from a disinterested customer service team.

Bryson was such a huge help, carrying my delivery up two flights of stairs. He was so willing to assist with no hesitation! Excellent service! Would recommend.
Excellent driver/delivery service. The driver went out of his way to make sure I got my delivery even when I wasn't at home - he rescheduled at a suitable time.nThat said the company did not give me a heads-up when the delivery was being sent out not the driver's responsibility
I recently had Emma Mattress delivered by Direct couriers. Bryson and Bradley were very cooperative and polite. Bryson kindly agreed to drop the package upstairs and was respectful. He called me in advance to let me know the time they would arrive at the property and their interactive map is also very good. I would highly recommend their service.
