They have exceptional truck drivers who are willing to go that extra mile and you just dont get that from those "other" courier companies

would not recommend - had a very important presentation for a group of Doctors and nurses and my package did not arrive before I needed it because the courier driver would not leave it at my door after I had told him countless times it's important and I am giving him authority to leave. I've today called the company in search of this as I need the package for a regional trip I am taking with work as well and they cannot find the package on their end. Called the courier driver back to find out what had happened and he said he never bothered redelivering and dropped the parcel back at the warehouse... there is about $1000 worth of materials now gone missing and my work has been impacted by this..

they dont give staff enough hours/jobs to make adequate pay. have heard nothing but negative feedback from courier drivers

I've used direct couriers for months now and haven't had a problem. Great service and really flexible. Specifically, Driver 132, Henry, has really looked after us!

Any contractors out there should avoid working there no matter what.It will cost you money to work for them.They never have the same driver after they get paid.This company should be taken to wage line and fair trading so all present and ex drivers can get paid or reimbursed. Some jobs pay 0.01 cents and they steal money from all the contractors in every possible way they can...horrible company to work for..! every week contractors come and go..! and the staff is very rude towards their contractors..! and nobody stays..! but if you wanna be a contractor - shop around - don`t work for these guys..
