Not a lot of seating but there is enough for about 6 outside.  The little cups are great for kids as there is no drops and drips.  I’m not a huge fan of the frozen bubbles but the kids loved them!  They had 2 x dairy free options pictured  Friendly service and very quick!

Fantastic place for the kids, the lady was very helpful and friendly. Great range of flavours of Icecream and dots. The salted caramel is to die for and the serving size is quite generous. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks so very much indeed!

I have been to dip & dots at Warners Bay, ON 2 OCCASIONS! and they didn’t have them ?? how can it be called dip & dot and not have them. AND i would like to say the shop smelt like baby spew! not pleasant…

The coke slushie here tastes like medicine, bitter and nothing like coke. And literally $4 compared to the $1 7-Eleven one. Save your money for the petrol station.

Any time I come here it’s closed. Like now, 7pm it says that it closes. It’s 6pm and closed. Why have a time on the website but don’t go by it? Do the staff close early due to not being busy enough? Another time I came here it was 5:30 and was closed even though it said 7:30 on the website. Either fix your times online. Or actually open/close per the times.

Love this shop, girls always welcoming and happy when you enter the shop, huge selection of ice cream/dippin dots, kids love it & parents love it.  AAA+++ best value for your money within Warners Bay.

This is a small icecream café/takeaway with consistently friendly, helpful staff. We've always enjoyed both the regular and the freeze-dried dot icecreams, and always recommend a visit to family & friends from out of town. The close proximity to the lake on a fine day is a bonus, and parking nearby isn't a problem. I only wish there was extra seating inside to escape the hot/cold/wet weather.

Just had a horrible experience there where the young girl working refused to do my order or dip and dots in a cone with a scoop of ice cream on top. Was rude and disrespectful. “I’m not doing that. It’s 2 different brands of ice cream.”  There is an ice cream shop next door. I suggest going there.  1/02/2020 7pm

The ice cream was awesome! A great, and fun concept. The service however did not match the concept, the staff were very lethargic, and not very willing to engage with customers.. Would go back for the ice cream!
