Had lunch at Digger's Cafe on Monday.nHad cod & chips & the tropical pack.nServices was excellent great customer service.nThe fish was absolutely delicious cooked perfectly. Best thing it wasn't oily. So fresh and the crumb was so crunchy.nChips were also cooked perfectly delicious flavour and nice & crunchy.nDefinitely recommend this place.nWill be going back to try the steak works burger.
Friendly staff, nice clean kitchen area, great little dine in area, as well as outdoor seating area. The seafood was average, but the chips were really nice.
Hugh wait for my meal. Order food before others who seemed to get their meal before mine. Such a shame, every other shop is Crows nest had outstanding service. Also bought a glass bottle drink which they could not open as they did not have a bottle opener. What is the point in selling something a product that you can not cater for?? Will not be wasting my money here again.
Love trying to support and local food place 3 times giving them the benefit of the doubt, just to, for the third time receive undercooked pasty chips with no salt, dim sums with no salt, and a tasteless burger with a patty the size of a 5 year olds hand.nWon’t be back. It’s as if the staff deliberately put no salt on anything. To charge top dollar for the food presented is a disgrace. I’ll continue to make the drive to fishbone and get a real burger and some cooked chips.
Went there today and spent $95, chips uncooked and stuck together, malted milkshakes half full and flavourless, gravy pots 1/4 of the original size, tartare sauce containers even smaller. Thoroughly disappointed, dingers is usually pretty decent.
