Great range of delicious meals that actually look like real food. Easy to order, can do one off purchase or subscription too. Delivery went perfect also.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing.nExpensive.nFlavour is very average mine tasted like sloppy spicy tomato paste with rice.nVery low on chicken as shown in the photonI would be extremely surprised if their product nutritional information was even slightly accurate.
Very hit and miss!!nnOrdered my favourites, the butter chicken, chicken mushroom risotto and spaghetti and broccoli bolognaise.nnOrdered 3 new dishes to try:nchicken chorizo paella - watery, tasteless and the texture was just mushnMalaysian Coconut chicken - watery & tastelessnMoroccan beef meatballs and veg - watery, ok on flavour but nothing on veg
Absolutely terrible. The meals were delivered overnight and by time I unpacked them into my fridge at 7am they were warm. I stupidly ate one for lunch and within an hour I was curled up in a ball, sick as a dog. My pregnant wife called immediately to let them know I had food poisoning and request a new box of meals be sent. A reasonable request…or so you would think. A week later, we are being told it was “unlikely” their meal caused my sickness so no further action will be taken. Do they expect me to feed off food to my pregnant wife?nnUnlikely? That was all I ate that day. I would love to know what medical degree these people have that justifies these assumptions.nnWhat a terrible customer experience. As a first time customer, I am mortified that I am now left with a fridge full of off food and $200 out of pocket.nnShocking. Avoid this company at all costs. YouFoodz is 1000% better.
Customer service is pretty good.nMeals are hit and miss. Seems like there is more rice and pasta then any vegetable or meat. I highly doubt the meals are true the nutritional information on the packaging based on how little protein and veg you get.
