Good food though smaller menu than its dine-in restaurants. When understaffed or at peak hours, EASI bookings can go unnoticed and become cancelled. Otherwise, outstanding food quality and reasonably quick food delivery during peak hours.
I love their dumplings! their Xai Long Baos are the best pork dumplings ever! Only thing that upsets me is their new opening hours due to COVID.
The xiao long bao pork dumplings are advertised with a large photo of 8 dumplings in a bamboo steamer. I pointed to it and ordered. What arrived were 4 mini-dumplings in a cardboard box. Not enough to feed a child. Scams like this need to be exposed.
Ordered the garlic Beef noodles no 42. Food was tasty but I was disappointed I was served in a cardboard bowl when all of the other restaurants in the food zone were serving their food in proper plates. Was disappointed with the presentation and waste.
Comforting to have a decent dumpling place in the mall! The prices feel much higher than countries like Singapore or Taiwan though, and they use frozen dumplings. It still takes them about 10-15 minutes for each order even without queue.
Nice handmade dumplings - not that cheap - but you can watch them being made
Great food, little pricey, presentation can be a tad better, the garlic overload kills you later in the day.
