Best dumplings in Penrith, despite being a food court restaurant. Far better than any of the Chinese restaurants around here.

They are ok if you don't like much flavour, service not the best, takes so long for food to come out and dim sims are very small for the price. Will remind myself not to make the mistake a third time around and order food from here.
The food here is delicious beyond words. The bao and potstickers are to die for There can be a bit of a wait during the peak lunch hour but it's worth it.
